SIR,
i prebooked aakash pc tablet on Nov 2011 and the payment mode was selected cash on delivery.the coampany issued a id PMDFFD13158 and asked me to wait three months but alomst 1 year passed the coampany is not intersted in customer like me who have selected cash on delivery option of payment.so it is aganit the customers rules,if the company has interest in pre payment than why they have put the option of cash on delivery option with the product.so please look into this matter and provide me justice
