I have purchased a Micromax Funbook Pro Tablet from Ezone Mumbai (powai branch) post which I have faced 3 major issues, Micromax has given me a horrifying a experience - Kindly consider for the damages on bad customer experience and my refund:- -Defective Product not replaced -Company Authorized Service center is not having basic spares for 1 month of a newly lunched product -Company call center is refusing to refund the money and process any replacement My Product Details are - Tablet IMEI :[protected]C863 Service center Job card number: SALMH026R2000 Call center Complaint number: [protected] Call center number[protected] is completely choked and not availed .Was able to get through after 200+ attempts I had dropped my Micromax Funbook Pro Tablet – which is a authorized service center but have no spares to even repair the defective product and rights for a replacement - SLR - MOBILE TECHNOLOGY 1784/45, Sanghmitra CHS, D.
