Hi, I ordered for a ptron power bank from this website and the product is not working since day one. I have sent an email to the concerned team 10 days back and still there are no response. Request you to kindly help me in getting a refund as I do not want to fall prey to this website anymore. Major point: Kindly do make a note that lot of customers are being cheated by this website. 1. NO product is replaced. 2. NO refund provided. 3. NO justice to customers. 4. Corruption in the form of a website here. As soon as I raised a complained here, a person called from the number [protected] stating he is calling from latestone.com

I was asked the card numbers and the 3 digit cvv number on the back side of the card and the expiry details.

According to my knowledge I don't think the website need to know all my card details.

I called the number 3 times asking them why do I need to provide card details, the customer care agent just disconnected the call.
Forth time he answered and yelled at me in Hindi and disconnected.

Is this the solution provided after a complaint here?

very worst network i ever seen...i got damaged goods..no reponse from any customercare...what is the hell u did...

i was paid ma money then i got damaged goods only...
