[Resolved] Latestone.com — Customer care executive(s) don't receive my call | |||||
I had ordered 3d glass few days back and returned the same due to some technical problems. I received the tracking id provided by your esteemed company vide no.[protected]. I called your customer care executive (S) several times to provide the tracking id provided by your company but the customer care executive (S) don't receive my call. What shall i do in that case and how can i provide the tracking id to the customer care executive (S). Please give a remedy or give me advice. May 23, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The company have not solved my problemin any manner till date. They have neither emailed me nor called me and so I dont have their email id or phone number.
