I ordered an unisex watch on latestone and paid through online on 27.11.2017, i received the empty package box inside filling with foam and i called the latestone customer support and i register a complaint, they said we will contact you within 48hrs, but bow its more than 4days no reply or any action has been taken on my complaint, i need refund or send a new item. I ordered watch for men 5 days before through latest one .com and also i received piece on ecom express delivered on[protected] order id[protected]. observed that that watch is not in working condition i was very disappointed so i request u to take proper action
