[Resolved] Latestone.com — Headphone ordered are not working

The product we received is duplicate, the ear phones does not sound good at all and Its a china made headset which is duplicate .
My order number is SO1635465.
I want a complete refund as soon as possible if not so I will register complaint against Latest One in Consumer Forum and Court. Also i am not able to create a ticket and change my address.

Also he headphone i ordered was of Samsung s-6 and revived of Samsung s-4 .
