[Resolved] Latestone.com — I want to return item but not reachable via phone or email

I purchased product (Ear Phone) from latestone.com on 01 jan 2016 which I received on 04 Jan 2016, The product they sold me by the name of brand ASUS but actually the product seems to be local and poor quality as well as it seems to be too old like second hand they charged me Rs.448 and now when I want to return the product, I am unable to communicate company via customer care number and mail, It seems they fraud me, mail delivery always fail and customer care executives always busy, no one their to take calls.
