[Resolved] Latestone.com — Iphone charger and earphones not suitable for using. Poor quality

I had ordered a iPhone charger and ear phones on feb 10 2016, their products are not compactable for the phone and the quality is also bad. Had asked for a refund and send the product back, no response from them. Big cheat. I have followed up many a times no response. Below is the email sent .
As per the below
communication, I Have returned the product as requested to
the concern courier person. The tracking number is B248E50
the courier name is aramex domestic AWD.please let me know
if you need any further information. Thanks
