[Resolved]  Latestone.com — Latest one customer care is unresponsive

Customer care, pls do attend to customers query. Picking the call and keeping the phone aside doesn't service any purpose. My email id is rekha.shankar.[protected]@gmail.com i had purchased a power bank from latestone. Powerbank is not working properly. I have raised a ticket for return of the product and ticket number is 721291. My ticket is not attended. My calls to latestone customer are unanswered. If this is not handled properly, i shall share all these experiences on Facebook and whatsapp to al my friends and relatives stating latestone is not a reliable site. Request you to do the needful
