i have order samsung glaxy a8back case.i was delivery on 29th october.when i open that seal when i swa that backcase its was fully craches.so that ple kindely replace that 1 r refund the amount.ple imfrom me anything.ple as soon as posible resovle my problem. i am kindely requesting othere wise say me how it will take to solve...

I dont need this back cover and i have been waiting for the reply since i got the product delivered so i would suggest to help me with the refund of my money.
