[Resolved] Latestone.com — My parcel went to their warehouse - courier company's mistake | |||||
I bought mi4i smartphone from flipkart.com couple of weeks ago. I found that battery backup is not good. On full charge my phone would work only for 2-3 hours. I decided to return that phone and returned it. But to due to courier company's error my parcel went to latestone.com's warehouse for no reason. Latestone.com has nothing to do with it. They called me up and informed me about my parcel's location. They promised me to followup with the courier company to return my parcel to the correct location. They are still in touch with me. I hope my parcel will reach correct place.. I have to appreciate their efforts. Was this information helpful? | |||||
