Dear sir,
It is very sad to make complaint that i have purchased a ptron 13000mah power bank against order no. L06595748 on 06/10/2017 but there is neither charger with the power bank nor it is working when i tried to use (No i/p no o/p). I have getted a dead power bank, so please resolve or replace the order.
