Its been more than a month, I bought Ptron watch from LatestOne.com. The product was not upto the mark as it was displaying on site; so i returned it back...The pickup has been on the very next day. But since then i have been mailing them for mailing my amount but no action has been taken off..Whenever i mail then they either ask me account number (already shared 15 times); or just mail that our accounts team is working on this..They are simply fooling the customers. Their customer support numbers are not working..Please help me to get my money back...Just fedup of mailing again and again..Now they are nt even replying...
