Iis it I havve purchased a mono earpod vide order no. LO7488605. suddenly it stopped to work. I think that its off-on button is not working. Although its charging system is working properly. please suggest solution.

I ordered a smart watch its battery is dead and is not taking up a recharge so either tell me whether you will replace the battery or i have to buy a new one and if i have to buy a new one then from where can i purchase a new one
