[Resolved] Latestone.com — Product amount not be refunded and customer care sau care less for customer

Sir,
i purches three product from latest one.com and which order id is SO1590498 for ptron bluetooth, and SO1590536 for in ear sturio headset, SO1590592 for skull head phone these are product i got in 1900 rupee . these produt i returned 16th of march and company had recived 21 of march and still now i dnt get my amount from company side .and whenever i make call to company custmer care they dont give me proper resolution and many times not connected company custmer care .so please give me resolution in money back from company side .
