[Resolved] Latestone.com — Refund not credited | |||
Placed Order No : L1492901 on date 24/05/2015 for 2 nos of iPhone 6 covers. Received material on date 28/05/2015. One cover is not as per my requirement so Logged online complaint on same day 28/05/2015. Ticket No : 53302 for revers pick of product. Even after repeated reminders reverse pickup was not done saying that my address is not in serviceable area so I have to sent it back and they will refund me product cost + courier charges. I have sent product back through Trackon Courier Docket no :[protected] on date 16/06/2015. As soon as they received product, they have created new ticket no : 405309 for refund and ask for my bank details which i have provided. All of sudden I am not able to access my both previous tickets so i have created new ticket no : 965472 on date 09/07/2015. Again this ticket is also blocked by them so I have created new ticket no 176405 on date 18/07/2015. Each and every time they are asking for my bank details and committing me refund within 5-7 days. I am asking for my refund since last May-15 but till date I have not received it. Now I am planning for consumer court case and I have submitted all this details to my lawyer friend.
