[Resolved] Latestone.com — Refund not credited | |||
The cover i received from you is bigger than the actual mobile size so phone can't fit in case. After several requesting communications, they told to send the product they will refund the money along with courier charges.. The company has promised me that they will refund the amount and asked me to send back the parcel on my own expense. I did that. Yet i have not received the amount back into my bank account... its been a month.. they promised me that they will refund the amount within 7 working days.. so please take this issue seriously and kindly help. I had purchased back cover of i-phone 6. The product id is SO1447240.I had already returned the product by your courier service i.e through Aramex on 16.02.16. The consignment number is [protected] but there is no initiative from your end regarding return the money
