[Resolved] Latestone.com — Refund of money - delayed by months | |||||
I bought one PTron Droid PC Smart TV Box online from Latest One on March 23rd 2016. After Recieving the box on 25th March when I started the Device, it got freeze after the first screen, ie Box was defective. Return process was initiated on that very day and the process was completed in next 4-5 days. http://support1.latestone.com/upload/tickets.php?id=66200 On April 4th 2016 latest one confirmed me that the refund had been processed from their end but didnt saw the amt in my CC aven after 10 working day. when I took the case they asked me share the bank details. for refund. That too was done .. but no refund. as of yesterday ie 7th May they had send me a mail asking me to call them .. their IVR nos are always busy. It seems this online company is a fraud.
