Sir I want to return the product U80 Bluetooth Smart Watch which I have ordered on 24th Feb 2016 order id SO1530647. The range of the Bluetooth is not good and camera is not able to work properly. I have even contacted one of your employee on 25th Feb 2016. He said the product will be returned in a week and will arrange the pickup. Six days have past but none of the employees have made contact. Kindly return the product and refund the amount Was this information helpful? | |||||

They have contacted me and told me that they are going to arrange a pickup through courier within two days and it's one week past niether a courier person have contacted me nor they. Right now there phone too is not reachable. It's saying the number you have dialled doesn't exist. What to do? I have even asked that should I send the product to your address but they denied.
