[Resolved] LatestOne — Received damaged product and company doesn't respond | |||||
I ordered a tempered glass screen guard for samsung galaxy j5. The date of ordering is 29th may 2016. I received the product today on 2nd june 2016. I opened the packing and the tempered glass was completely broken. Not a scratch, but almost broken into two. I tried to file a complaint on their website but every time i tried uploading the picture of the damaged product, a pop up says "file error". I have not been contacted till now. The number given on the website doesn't work. I tried calling 'n' number of times but i get forwared to a voice mail and the call gets disconnected. I got another number from the courier company and no one is picking up the phone. Other times its busy. No response from the site to the complaint. And fresh complaints can not be filed. Here are the details.
