Lava Mobiles — Mobile takes time in charging and gets hanged

I have bought Lava A79 gold on 1st Nov 16, on the next day i complained about the problem, vijay sales people diverted us to service center, we insisted replacement but service center people assured that it will not be repeated, even thay didn't gave any document, which can clarify about the repair, in this two months i visited thrice to service center, but problem is not rectified yet

i request you to replace the hand set or returned the money, as i am facing this problem from the day i purchased this handset
