Lava Mobiles — system update

Why there isn't a system update (Android update) available?
I bought my phone and after a year nougat came, now oreo but we are not getting update unlike other company mobiles which provide it in a good manner.
Speaking of your services, you're start on custom rom doesn't have a good user experience and your interface is very poor, initially i wanted to buy a lava phone feet my sister but looking at your service we switched to another company.
Please provide system update fast and let us have a good user experience.
