I made an transaction on 18 on Paytm (One 97 Communication India Private Limited), amount was 380 after the next hour i received a message from paytm that your payment was failed we haven't received a amount from your bank side i.e. (SBM Bank) and the Lazy pay has deducted a amount from my account on next moment. I called to State Bank of Mauritius they told me to email at customer [protected]@sbmbank.co.in.
I did the same day after 3 days i received a acknowledment email from bank side about we have raised a Service Request about the issue SR number was SR59154. Today i called to the bank the have mentioned that Lazy Pay didn't send your information to us about the refund. They have raised another SR i.e. SR59692.
I emailed to Lazy Pay as well at [protected]@lazypay.in they guys didn't replyin on emails and Lazy Pay customer care number got already suspended. SBM bank didn't know where the amount was again they raised a another SR i.e. SR60044.
I already shared the Failed payment screenshot to SBM bank & lazy pay as well. Would request you to check and refund the amount on my Lazypay account and I'm a premium customer of Lazy pay i haven't received the cashback againt a New Lazy Pay Card.
