    I am not able to do the payment since 1st August when due date is 3rd August, When i sent a complaint through my registered email ID, I am asked to send email through the registered email ID. I am just not able to do any payment. This happened 2months back too.

      Received an SMS from cp-lzypay for no reason. I am not associated with lazypay.in in any form. i don't have any account with them and I don't use any of the mobile apps of lazypay. i received 6 digit OTP number SMS from cp-lzypay today at 14.02 pm. without any transaction details or the merchant name. need help investigating why I received OTP SMS from the above-mentioned and how did they get my mobile when I am not registered my mobile on their site or when no association with them. Quick action against Lazypay will be of great help.

        I made transaction using lazypay on myntra, payment debit in lazypay but same was not reflected in myntra. so i cancelled order.

        But when i called customer care of lazypay they said they cant refund money unless they get written proof from myntra. But this is never happens no merchant gives such things since everything is on system and it is clearly seen that myntra didn't received amount and the executive also admitted yes myntra didn't receive the money.

          I have been charged with late fee twice for payment page error in their website. Many times dropped mail and reported to customer care that issue in their website page so bill could not be paid but their customer service people did not understand and resolve the issue. They are repedeatly saying late fee cannot be waive off.

            I used lazypay to pay in myntra, transaction failed in myntra but amount was debited in lazypay. it is not updated yet. i am not able contact customer support as well.

              I have taken a express cash loan from lazypay but it has not disbursed yet as it is showing under process and from next month i have to pay the EMI.
              I am worried that how will i pay the money if they do not disburse the loan amount in my account .

                Hello, paid electricity bill through Lazypay however same amount of 4610.00 deducted twice. Connected with Lazypay through phone and email no satisfactory response received. Need immediate refund or I’ll approach to consumer court.

                    I have tried many times for repaid last two month but showing technical error but there person call everyday without knowing anything.They still calling everyday without any reason saying legal preceding but fault shows there side there repayment not done.
                    Kindly look into this firstly .i must say worst spp not use this type of app Govt.again banned this type of app...

                    My name is M.ParthaSarathy .I take loan from Lazypay ZXpress cash loan.About My loan.I have been taken Rs.66000.Loan ID-6893861.I foreclosure my loan.Payment of loan amount+GST+ Dore foreclosure charges=Rs.70633 on[protected].
                    Now my problem is they wasn't close my loan.I have call them Lot of time says we will sign as concern team then my loan will close.But my loan hasn't close.My first EMI will starts from[protected].

                      Following are my emis

                      1. 5847*12=70164
                      2. 2408*6=14448
                      3 . 1052×3=3156

                      87768 I need to pay

                      I have paid the following

                      1.5847*7=40279
                      2.2408÷3=7224
                      3.1052×3=3156

                      Total I have paid 50619

                      But after payment also my limit is 23888.

                      And also charged late fees and other
                      Apart from that mental torturing and harassment from your collection team.

                        Iam not using this from September but paying everymonth emi.I have sent mail to grievance mail id for emi calculations no response.

                          I had requested LazyPay to close my account permanently. They deactivated my account.

                          A personal loan of Rs 9999 is still active in my CIBIL Credit report.

                          Since I requested to close my account permanently so LazyPay should also close this loan in my CIBIL but they are not doing anything.

                          Every time they send automated emails, They are not taking any steps to close this loan account.

                          Account id in Cibil : LPPLUS6259489

                          I want my Loan account in CIBIL should be closed and My LazyPay account should be deleted permanently, and send NOC on my mail.

                            Last 3-4 days I was getting sms to clear outstanding amount of 1022.33, I never bothered as u keep getting spam messages..

                            Today, they crossed the limit when their staff called me and caller was soo rude and abusive and kept on threatening to pay the amount. I very politely told them that I never heard about this app before, forget about me using it that too for such a small amount 1022.33 .

                            These fraudsters don't have aticates of how to speak to female, whom u don't even know whom u r calling.

                            I really wish to sue these bunch of
                            fraudsters running a fake company. please advise where I can take up the matter and how to get rid of it.

                              Lazy pay site is always down on or before my due date of the payment thats is the reason i am always missing my due date for payment and they charge late fee.

                                Hi,

                                I have made payment on 1st April 2023 which is successful and showing as paid in both the Lazypay and Bank app.
                                But then the payment is not reflecting and it's still showing as due and asking me to pay the amount on 3rd April.
                                I never delayed any payment since I started using the app.

                                Paying early is the only mistake I have done so far.

                                This has to be fixed, and a big 0 rating to the Customer care who are unable to understand the issue and the people who understand the issue are disconnecting the calls.
                                I have the recordings of all the actions made since my payment is not updated to the outstanding amount.
                                Am attaching all the proofs I have here in this email and I want this to be fixed ASAP.

                                Or I am ready to proceed legally as I do not see that my bank had any issue related to the payment.

                                Kindly do get back to me as soon as possible and do the needful.

                                    Late fee along with interest is charged 612 for just one night, waive it off.

Even rbi provides 2 days of grace period for clearing credit card bills yaar, how could u charge so much just for one night?? waive it off right away i'll make the payment.
