I want to foreclose the loan account, but there is no point of contact to get clarified or there exists no documentation about foreclosure procedure.

MY LAZYPAY ID [protected]
I have generated Lazypay card on 14th January.Last 4 digit of the card is 4387 But After closing the App My card option is not showing.please help.I tried data clear, uninstall reinstall app all .but no result.please help me.(Attached screen record )

If possible I m requesting you please order Physical Card from Your side to my Registered address

The service is they giving it's really Lazy ver clearing my due it's gone failed but money deducted and from refund it's too hard come for it no number contact them only lot's mail to send them very lazypay response
and i have sent mails to lazypay for deleting the account and remove the documents.but they are only deactivating the account and telling me to sent mail if you want to reactivate the account.still...

I got an offer to apply for xpress cash from lazypay app for rs 50, 000 . I added all the details and the loan was approved, i have digitally signed the agreement and submitted and it say the money will be credited to your account and is on the way from last 2 days, it's not been credited.

On help and support it says it will be credited immediately to your account but i there is no option to see anything, i even wrote emails...

I Niharika Rani want to let u know that on 31 December I booked movie ticket of 1044 using book my show app and opted for cash on delivery, keeping in my mind that plan might be changed, that was redirected to lazy pay at that time, and neither we watched the movie not we visited to that place but now I am getting calls from lazy pay to clear my payment as I have clarified already to them that I haven't watched the movie so why should I but...

I’m not a customer of LazyPay at all - never used the app in my life... Never even heard of them before they started harassing me...

They have somehow gotten hold of my number and now they call me continuously... The harass you by calling you multiple times (easily upto 10-15 times) per hour... You cannot even block the number... because they call you using IVR software bots generating different numbers everytime... Even after...

I have a lazypay account and i have sent mails to lazypay for deleting the account and remove the documents.but they are only deactivating the account and telling me to sent mail if you want to reactivate the account.but i have sent mail to delete the account belongs to me.they are not valuing the customer request.they are just storing our personal details and forcing me to continue on lazypay.i want lazypay to completely delete the account...

I am Manoj Tripathi who is taken personal loan from lazy pay loan ID 1063123 last 24 month back but now I want to forclose loan account but from company side there is no any contact no. and no one reply on mail while I mailed customer care email many times but there is no any reply so please take necessary action against company.

I took a loan from LazyPay and I have closed one loan of 25, 000/- and I have made a payment of another EMI as well. After making all the payment I am getting an harassment calls from LazyPay Legal Department which is managed by "Riddhi Mehta". I am getting threat calls from different numbers that they will send people at my home to harass and they harass me by putting vulgur comments. They are doing this intentionally because I am a girl....

I have paid my outstanding amount and the amount is also debited from my bank account. But the amount shows still outstanding in my lazy pay account.
I have order the food from swiggy and choose the payment options as layzpay. But on due date i paid my outstanding amount and amount is debited from my bank a/c but amount is still showing outstanding....

Someone fraudulently used the lazy pay linked to my mobile number (although I never used this application).
I complained about this issue to lazypay, zomato (the site at which the lazy pay was used) and at cyber crime portal.
Now lazypay people are calling and harassing me again and again for 1490 rs. Also adding 35 rs daily as late payment charges.
Please suggest what should I do now?

On 31st Aug i received a call on IVR for purchase on 2795 and said i had to give the OTP to stop of the transaction if i had not done it. I provided the OTP to stop but i received a message saying the transaction was successful and i had to pay 2759 by 3rd september. I complianed to Lazypay that its a fraud transaction but instead of investigating on the issues, they are sending continous messages asking to pay. First of all, i have not used Lazypay, i dont have an account at all with them. Then with whose permission they have given the credit, just with a phonenumber. They ask me to send the mail through registered mail id, but i have never registsred then how can i mail trhough registered mail id, . I have not installed any of their apps and came to know about Lazy pay only after this incident. First of all, this lazypay is becoming base for all fraud transactions. I have raised complaint with RBI, Cyber security and lazypay as well.

There were two unauthorized payment initiated by lazypay on July 3rd and i lost Rs 3995. The payment happened to Innovative retail concepts(BigBasket).
I never authorized these payments, however Lazypay failed to acknowledge this. Instead they asked to contact Innovative retain concepts, when i do so, they said no transaction initiated from my end and they asked me to check with Lazypay

Lazypay was more keen on repayment part rather than solving the problem. Today is payment due to date and i had to repay with too much of vexation as i dont want my credit score impacted due to this..
Not sure who can address this problem hence reaching here.

Lazypay is definitely a big scam organization and randomly they extract money from customer this way

First time 32700 loan amount use and always time to time pay ...but my job loss and lazy pay customer care contact please settlement your loan account closed but lazy pay company 32700 amount against 86000 amount bill generate and my loan account account transfer for IARC and total harassment and IARC tell all due pay please request totally inligal active amount due...

My number was a hack/miss used by some one from new delhi.
As per Swiggy APP information my order, Was delivered on 22ndFeb 2024 on new delhi location.address.but i am in chennai, tamilnadu from last 15 years And payment done through LAZYPAY app (PAy later ) option for Rs 1544.
Now I got a message from the last 1 months regarding payment with late payment.
Please do the needful for the same.
Regarding this issue, I also mailed the lazypay c.care complaint no proper responce from them cyber criam also statues was on process.
This was an unauthorized transaction that happened to my account.

Someone misuse my account with my mobile number loot money from lazypay .amount 9000rs

Lazypay claimed bill on some random person somewhere who don't even have an account with Lazypay. But created account with grievance information details given by him which has on mobile number and email as the account holder detail.

Complaint to the National Cyber Crime cell proved futile. Same with local police authorities. But the life has become hell due to this Lazypay.

Fight is not for the amount by for Lazypay blunders and Cybercrime.

I did used Lazy pay card for Rs.49000/- I couldn't close it due to high penalty and then they called me for settlement. I paid Rs 53350/- as settlement charges as guided by them. They didn't provide me NOC as they promised and now again they are calling me everyday to pay Rs.14000/- I don't what this charge is for. I mailed them with all payment proof many time, still they didn't help me in this issue. Please help me and resolve this problem.

I have not used lazy pay till date.but im receiving calls and messages since 2 years from various numbers saying I have a debt of 445 rs to them which I have to clear or il face issues with banks while taking loans
