LazyPay — Booked ticket and canceled through lazypay still asking for deduction charges

I booked ticket makemytrip and payment gateway was lazypay and after some day I cancelled ticket still gateway lazypay and I got deducted amount but still lazypay asking me extra charger so why would I pay if I canceled ticket got amount deducted so why would I pay and that’s not my job to ask third party makemytrip, lazypay and makemytrip need to resolve deduction amount I complaint in lazypay no one is looking on that issue and calling me daily and increasing amount.
