I booked tickets for a movie using BookMyShow for amount of 2141. I canceled the tickets instantly as the lazypay seemed fraud as it just gave me tickets just by entering OTP. So the refund was given by BMS was 1462rs and not the full amount. Now lazypay is calling me daily, 7 to 8 times a day for a false charge of amount 678rs which they have to charge bookmyshow. The transaction number is TXN[protected] and my ticket no for complaint in lazypay is 16298906. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

He, we would like to inform you that as per our records you have performed the sale transaction of Rs 2141.16 against transaction id TXN[protected]. However you received the refund of Rs 1462.5 against transaction id TXN[protected], so still you need to repay outstanding of Rs 678.66. That is the reason you getting the collecting calls from our side and late payment charges are levied to you. Request you to please repay your outstanding amount to avoid late fee charges. Request you to please coordinate with merchant for Refund of inr Rs678.66.
