LazyPay — Fraud Transaction through Lazypay

Someone fraudulently used the lazy pay linked to my mobile number (although I never used this application).
I complained about this issue to lazypay, zomato (the site at which the lazy pay was used) and at cyber crime portal.
Now lazypay people are calling and harassing me again and again for 1490 rs. Also adding 35 rs daily as late payment charges.
Please suggest what should I do now?
