LazyPay — Incorrect charges without explaining | |
I pay my outstanding every month on my due date. I was asked to pay 347rs by April 18th for 1-15 April. I paid 347rs on 18th. I ordered food on 19th April cost 137rs paid through lazypay. I thought of paying this amt by 2nd May (due date). But when I went to make payment, it asked me to pay 650rs without explaining how. Since then I'm mailing lazypay. I've attached all my transactions screenshots but they are not replying. I've sent reminders to their email as well. They keep on charging late fee and getting 4-5 calls daily and they are asking me to pay 850rs now including late fee. This is so much harrassing. Was this information helpful? | |
