LazyPay — Merchant refunded but didn't reflected in my account

Address:Bangalore

Made a payment of 2500 to paytm merchant account at 10.17 Am On 2 may 2021 and the merchant intiated a refund at 2.14 Pm at 2 may 2021 still not got the refund reflected in my lazy pay account. I have attached the screen shots of the transactions of payment and refund orders.
The payment has said he refunded the amount and has been reflected to the payment account. Please help me to solve this issue. My LazyPay number is [protected]

We apologise for inconvenience. Note refund has already been updated in record on 4th May and it can be viewed in app.
