LazyPay — Permanent LazyPay account deletion.

Requested to lazy pay that to delete account permanently. they saying that

"As per (Lazypay) our policies, permanent deletion of account is currently not possible. Also, If you have deactivated your account with 0 dues - It will not impact your CIBIL anymore."

how come, still i can access my account its not been deleted. surely it will hit my CIBIL so. i dont know how long they will they will store my information on lazypay database.
