LazyPay — Refund issue

Iam nagendran
On Feb 12th 2021, I made train ticket booking through Confirmtkt app and made payment using Lazypay app of Rs 1549/-. Amount was debit from Lazypay account but train ticket was confirmed. And requested for refund from Confirmtkt" they told that refund was initiated successfully ". Still have not received refund amount of rs 1549/-.Confirmtkt gave me ARN no[protected] and asked to check with bank. And also I have mailed Lazypay regarding this refund issue. They aren't giving proper response. And I have cleared payment to lazypay. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I have attached Screenshot for your referenc
