On 4th dec 22, i called lazypay team for some extra charges on my account 2-3 time with different customer care and every time these support agent cut call in midway, after sometime i got sms on mobile that Guy with mobile number from lazypay support team - +[protected]
He said he is assigned to do refund of waiver fee, he send me form to fill with my name and details, form has otp option, i did filled in otp - https://my.forms.app/supportform/lazypay
after that 5000 was deducted from my lazypay account, i did instant called lazypay support team but they said they can not cancel transaction .
1: they asked me to call merchant komparify, this komparify is fake merchant with no contact number, how did lazypay enroll fake website to help hackers, aslo they do not have number of there partners
2: OTP that i got should have mention that is it otp for some transaction amount, OTP i got was Just Saying Lazypay OTP, they do not have proper systemt - if OTP has message like - this is otp from transaction of xyz amount on merchant ABC, i would be saved.
3: Lazypay is not blocked transaction not helping me
4: how come hacker got my number and issue i raised with customer care team in morning - seems there database have been leaked to hackers
