[Resolved] LazyPay — Transaction failed but amount not reversed, 14 days passed. | |
Hello there, following 3 transactions done on 13th Oct 21 are not successful with Amazon but deducted at LazyPay end. 1. Rs.27464 by TXN[protected] at 10:40 am 2. Rs.12000 by TXN[protected] at 6:36 pm 3. Rs.7450 by TXN[protected] at 7:26 pm Its. now 14 days but money not credited to LazyPay account and money also not received by Amazon as confirmation in written provided by Amazon. If amount has been sent by LazyPay then in case of failure of transaction, reversal of transaction should be happened till now.
