There were two unauthorized payment initiated by lazypay on July 3rd and i lost Rs 3995. The payment happened to Innovative retail concepts(BigBasket).
I never authorized these payments, however Lazypay failed to acknowledge this. Instead they asked to contact Innovative retain concepts, when i do so, they said no transaction initiated from my end and they asked me to check with Lazypay
Lazypay was more keen on repayment part rather than solving the problem. Today is payment due to date and i had to repay with too much of vexation as i dont want my credit score impacted due to this..
Not sure who can address this problem hence reaching here.
Lazypay is definitely a big scam organization and randomly they extract money from customer this way
