LazyPay — unwarranted demand for payments with threats of legal action

LazyPay is a payment gateway which is used by my ISP. Once I used this gateway for payment and from the next month onwards they are continuously sending payment reminders for repeating the transaction. They also threaten legal action for non payment of dues!! My dues with my ISP are being cleared every month as usual. This is a very bizzare payment gateway which demands for repeating a transaction! Hi,
Same problem i am also facing, i have cleared all my dues with my ISP by using other payment channel. These people are continuesly sending thretning mails by adding R.10 late fee everyday, legal action and all. I have submitted conusmer complaint by adding all supporting documents.
