Hello... i'm sabita prasad... i have submitted my earphones for replacement during warranty period on 21.09.2016. & was told to get a new earphones within 10-15 days of submission... but dat 10-15 has not arrived yet... every time mr. abhijit chatterjee & his team (service center at taratala near frank ross pharmacy) saying that next week u will get it... but that next week has not come yet & now its about one &half months has elapsed... please take necessary action as soon as possible...
