I'm sabita prasad. i had submitted le eco 2 ear phone on 21.10.2016 for replacement... but not yet get replaced... its around one & half months... every time mr. surajit maity & team at service center at new alipore says u will get earphones next week but d nxt week has not yet been arrived... very bad behaviour & service from them... plz take action as soon as possible...
