I have booked one no le2 phone via flash sale at 12:14:37 pm on 28/06/16 through your webpage
(www.lemall.in) through hdfc credit card against order id[protected].
I want to cancel the order against the order id:[protected], as i have booked the same phone against the order id[protected] on the same day.
I have received the phone. you are kindly requested to cancel my order id:[protected] and arrange to collect the unpack phone & refund my rs 11999.00 at the earliest. a line of confirmation regarding the cancellation of order id :[protected] and refund status, is solicited.
I have lodged the return request in lemall webpage, my application no is[protected] dtd 01/07/2016. the status is showing "your application has been successfully submitted. waiting for customer service processing" from 01/07/16. the status is not updated for the last three days. you ae once again requested to return the packed phone against order id:[protected] and arrange the refund immediately.
