I have ordered pigeon electric kettle worth is 150 rupees paid through phonepay. My money was deducted from my account. But order didn't place

There mobile phone is not reachable so i want my money refund back...

I had paid for HORNBULL Brown Leather Men's Wallet & Belt Combo Set via Paytm wallet 150 INR and I got an SMS that it was successful, but the site shows that the payment failed.So, I checked my Paytm and there it was deduced.This proves it was a fraud website.I want my refund back right now....

I ordered a water heater for which amount is deducted from my account but order not placed.
Money is also not refunded to me....

This company Leebaz advertised Mixer grinders branded as " Butterfly ' for Rs 249/-. I filled in all details, address etc and paid Rs 249/- through NetBanking. They showed transaction failed. I thought may be, and paid Rs 249/- again. This time also the site displayed " Transaction Failed ". I got suspicious and stopped. The Company is in Surat Gujrat and money is going to some Parth Ashokbhai Gajera in Delhi.

I ordered a laptop bag on Sunday, 7 november 2021 . I paid for it through netbanking, but after payment there was no payment confirmation message or any sort of mail from the website or the company . TTK 2 LIT PRESTIGE PRESSURE COOKER offered online by Rs. 259.0 through PayUB into account of PARTH ASHOKBHAI GAJERIA but no response there after.
It is a fraud.
Must be investigated by concerned state. Derails must be pbtained from PayUB....

I was order a 16T BYCYCLE on 12.11.2021 through leebaz.in with a deal which was showing on this website with 150/- 16T BYCYCLE for children. When I was make the payment then PAYU APP cut 150/- rupees from my account to PARTH ASHOK BHAI GAJERA. After that I was received a message on mobile screen that your order is failed.
Please refund my all payment & seized this company & arrest all criminals & punished them....
