I am a victim of lemonvacation.com based out of Chennai (Valasaravakkam)

I wanted to put up my concern in this forum to seek an effective recovery of the sum i paid towards subscribing to their services and render benefits.
One fine day, i got a random call thru telecaller of this holiday club and was explaining about the package and the services they offer. I was swindled by the swaying words as she explains the benefits i would get as a result of taking a package. Presuming this as a genuine firm i signed up a deal, and then the surprise came to me that they do not have any resort infrastructure neither have a tie up with resorting clubs.
I was deceived in a gruesome manner. This came to light when i called up for planning my vacation so to block my dates thru them.
At first they said, there should be advance intimation of 15 days so can facilitate booking
Secondly, they commitment was to give 15 days in one go, then they changed the words saying "no we have not agreed to give 15 days, we are sure we promised for 3 days", this is raw and real let down.
Thirdly, their initial commitment was for 5 adults, and no service charge if taken reservation with their own clubbing resort but then comes the new twist that only 4 adults plus Service tax
And finally, the ultimate surprise is that, they stopped answering to phone calls from their registered customers and started bluffing that they will call back in 2 hours.
Wildest of all, they threaten us calling the name of the politicians. And started using filthy languages if we repeatedly call them demanding to extend the service.
BEWARE OF THIS AND MONEY EATING CANNIBALS. THEY SHOULD BE PUT BEHIND THE BARS FOR CHEATING THE INNOCENT PUBLIC

Complaint marked as Resolved Its not resolved. They were keep bothering me everyday with phone calls and abusing me, which was disturbing my daily affairs.
Then after few days, victims/complainants teamed up to approach Police Station where the owner of the firm was interrogated. He was objecting that he has no role to play in this. He claims himself to be genuine and offering satisfactory services to all members of the club.
CANT HELP IT, WE HAVE TO CLEARLY SET OUR FOOT DOWN AND BRING THIS MONEY SWINDLING CRIMINALS IN FRONT OF LAW
This is launch a serious complaint on Lemon vacation, i got a call from the executive on the package details and we are asking some details but the way they responded seems to be very professional. But later i have decided not to opt since the price they said me abount 15, 000 / then they came up and said today if i book they can give for 9, 000 .Then i said i will check and come back but the employee has not even given chance to enquiry with my friends, They called me from 09:30 AM till 06:00 finally they came to my home at night around 08:30 PM and collected the moeny.Even on swipping the card they have promised to give the Resort which we are asking . i have rasied many concern and even asked whats benefit your getting, for that they have explained that once target completed they will give such offer. After i received the Confirmation call, i have called to customer care for booking on the resort but the CC executive said that only 50% they give offer where reset we have to pay, but initially they have said its free, when i tried to contact BM they are not picking the call.Last 2 days i am trying to reach them but no one is answering.I am having voice recording on employee. can some one take this seriously and put a full stop to such companies so that rest of the people will not suffer like us.
We need a solution for our money ...please help us how to proceed
