Lenovo — Cashback didn't received

I have ordered laptop on official Lenovo site on 2 may 2022 and I received on 10 may 2022 I have purchased using credit card which was in eligible for the cashback. 10%discount on all orders using any credit card and debit card this is the statement on the website. Then I didn't received my cashback so I tried to customer service within 30 days they check on my order and told me that when the initiative is taken you will get the cashback soon and I was eligible for the cashback until then but after the 30 days I called customer service and ask them about the cashback they check for the order details and told me that i am not eligible for the cashback until the return period iam eligible and after that i am not eligible how!!? I attached a screenshot of the official website where everyone can see the sentence that 10 % discount on all order on any credit card and debit card then how am I not eligible for the cashback I don't know

Updated by Harish001.73 Till now there is no response and i am unable to reach customer care service I think they have block Me or something don't know clearly but this is very bad . I added the details of the order

Updated by Harish001.73 It's been more than 2 month and my issue is not resolved very much disappointed by the Lenovo support team they blocked my number worst experience
