In January, i had given laptop to Lenovo cervice centre at CTC, secundrabad.when the laptop is handed over to me after the service, there is an issue in fabrication.the screen started flickering nd had the charging issue.previously i reported similar issue of power ic due to poor service..now they are charging me amount for the repair for which they are solely responsible..is this the outcome of a reputed company Lenovo..

    I had purchased a lenovo laptop from Kolkata in the year 2020. Over the past couple of months I had been experiencing some issues with my laptop and after repairing it for 2-3 times, lenovo issued me a DOA certificate to replace the laptop. Now, Lenovo wants me to carry the huge sealed laptop box all my myself to the dealer from whom i purchased the laptop and get it replaced.

    I live in a different city now and how is this even possible? I cannot carry this in flight and journeying over 48 hours in train carrying this stuff is not possible.

    I am getting no help from Lenovo's customer care team.

    To top all of this, the dealer is picking up phone calls nor responding to emails. What should i do now? i don't know if the store even exists now or not?

    I am a premium warranty holder of Lenovo. This is the way they treat me. I tried calling them several times, dropped several emails, followed up on social media, but didn't get any resolution.

    They are not refunding me the money also, so that i can go ahead and buy a new laptop.

    This is harrasement in its pure form.

    What should I do now? please help me.

      This ideapad has had numerous issues and problems since lenovo replaced the prior ideapad in Jan 2022 which burned up. i cant get efficient, committed, functional support. i get a runaround. at this time my ideapad is not functional. all the lenovo apps have disappeared. also windows had to totally reinstall windows 11 on May 26th 2022. at this point lenovo has not provided good customer support (even yesterday i finally got a callback from Lenovo support. This call was disconnected and she did not bother to call again. i believe Lenovo is institutionally abusing mr as a customer. I would like to have my money and send this outrageous product back to Lonovo. Because the ideapad is not working i cannot even get online help. Can u advise what the procedure will be?

          I have purchased a laptop on 24th May 2021 worth rs 39000 and on 23rd may 2022 my laptop was not working and screen not coming and i have sent the laptop to nehru place service center branch and they told me that your laptop is already opened somewhere else and they are denying to do the repairing laptop and IC of my laptop is burned by them only.

            Defective computer sealed but doa letter not obtained even after 16 days

            I bought IdeaCentre AIO 3-24ALC6 (all in one computer) from nehru place in Rs. 56000/- and found that audio jack is not working plus audio was not ok.
            I complained on support, they said mother board is to be changed. I said no change my system.

            Their engineer came and sealed on 4th may 2022, today is 16th day I have not received any DOA letter neither anybody reply to my call.

            I am a High School Tech Director. We purchased 41 Lenovo Thinkpad E15s last June 2021. Immediately, we noticed that the devices were running at 95-100% Disc/CPU useage, making them very sluggish and/or inoperable. We contacted support who sent a tech out and he replaced the (SSD) hard drive on one device. All was good. We notified support, expecting the rest of the devices to be repaired. Instead, they insisted on performing remote tests, re-imaging that resulted in absolutely nothing. In January, upon their request, we sent in a devive for evaluation. Since then, there has been next to no contact from them, unless we urge them for an update. When they do respond, we hear nothing but "...we have escalated this up to our L4 team for further investigation." In the meantime, we have 30+ teachers unable to perform their jobs due to their new inoperable devices. We paid for premier support and have received nothing.

              On 04/10/21, I have ordered Lenovo laptop model Model: PF37JW1X from their company website. In order confirmation mentioned that laptop having upto 9 hours battery backup. I have received the laptop by mid of November, and after using 2 weeks, realized that it is actually having a battery backup of less than 2 hours only. Though I have reported this to the company many times, there is no positive action to resolve the issue or refund.

              On 13/12/21 received mail from Lenovo that this battery backup hours is normal. I have tried below mentioned steps too:

              On 06/12/21, I have called Lenovo technical member Vikash Kumar ([protected]@lenovo.com) and explained the issue, I have mailed the battery report as requested by them and after checking them they said that there is not issue with battery. Though they said that they will report the issue to their superior, no action has been taken.

              On 09/12/212, I have called them again and spoke to another technical member Asha ([protected]@lenovo.com) and repeated the same process and reply without solving the issue Also, on 07/11/21, I have reported the battery issue with few more of their below staff and unfortunately, none of them were bothered to respond to the mail (1) Praveen Doddamani, (2) Asif Javed, (3) Shilam Kumari2 (4) Roopa Hampannavar. Parallelly, I have reported issue through their online internal repair system on 06/12/21 (repair ticket number [protected]) and 08/12/21 (repair ticket number [protected]). They have simply closed both requests by mentioning issue solved

              on 14/12/21, have registered a complaint with NCH
              on 29/01/22, they have disposed the complaint by sending message "The grievance was taken up with the company by NCH but company has not responded on the grievance"

              So, Finally here for the solution

                My purchase with Lenovo has been the most terrible experience I have ever had in my life. I bought Yoga C940 Intel (14") - Mica from the Lenovo website and once I received the device one of the buttons was loose!. After one month of frustrating follow-up with the customer service! they send me a replacement. My experience with this one was more terrible and after 40 days it is not powering up!. I have been requesting a refund for the defective product they are selling and have called them at least 20 times, and have sent a hundred emails without getting my money back. They just tell me that the 30-day replacement period is finished. They do not accept the fact when they sell a defective product, the customer has the right to get a refund. It is like I have put my money in the trash. Avoid buying from Lenovo. Customer service is just wasting your time and you will eventually reach the position of losing your patience. Honestly telling, I was robbed by Lenovo! I have paid them money and they have sent me a defective product twice!

                  It's been more than 2 months since I renewed my premium warranty license. My laptop has severe hardware issues. No one has gotten back to me despite mailing numerous times. I demand a refund here as I want to purchase a new laptop and I do not want your so-called services. This laptop is of no use to anyone just like your services.

                        Have purchased the laptop before 2 months back via Amazon website, Now i lot of issues are happening in my laptop( System reboot issue, Automatically gets switched off, Slowness, Os got corrupted),

                        I have visited the Lenovo laptop service center at [ Location: Chennai- Ashok pillar past Saturday (i.e.Apr2nd)] they have done service too, now today also the same problems are happening again and again, i have not satisfied with the laptop service what they have been provided by me from their end, help me to resolve the issue or do some alternative action like replacement or money return

                          My Lenovo laptop IdeaPad 330 had issue in display ie. The power was on but the display was not showing anything.
                          When connected to a desktop monitor through hdmi cable, the contents were proper and working in the monitor. Which clearly says that only some issue with the display.

                          Also, when checked with a technician in general service centre, it was diagnosed that the display was fine but only the power cable has some connectivity issues.

                          Contacted Lenovo support through the bridge number and got the nearest authorised service centre as below.

                          I submitted the laptop to the centre and after multiple(10 to 12) follow up calls and after a week, they informed me that mother board had some issues and that need be replaced.

                          How come a laptop which worked when connected through hdmi cable would have mother board issue. So, i did not ask to change it.

                          After two weeks I went to collect the laptop, on reaching they were saying, there might be an issue with power cable and they would try that first before changing mother board.
                          There is ambiguity in the findings.

                          But i collected the Laptop without changing anything. Now the laptop power is turning on only when the charger is connected. When the charger is removed the laptop shuts down.

                          This leads to me thinking that some original parts have been replaced and returned a faulty one. Or, when fitting the parts, something was not properly done.

                          I recommend investigation on this. I had to travel 120km back and forth to collect the Laptop. Please let me know any more details.

                            Hello My name is Akash Mittal. I had ordered an adapter from lenovo official site on 24th March 2022 which got delivered around 29th or 30th March 2022. By mistake I had ordered a wrong model adapter which wasn't compatible with my laptop and to replace it with a different model compatible with my laptop I immediately contacted the customer support on the date of delivery and since then they are handing me a number every time saying its not our department and when I call on the given number they hand me a different number or say we can't help with this replacement. They made me go to a local service centre saying that thry will replace the product but to no avail. Its happening since the past 8 days. Its totally unprofessional from such a company my work and everythng has benn halted as I am unable to use my laptop

                              - Laptop continues to crash, tried all methods suggested by Tech team, but none seems to work.
                              - Issue is unresolved since October 2021 (more than 5 months)

                              - Tried escalating the issue, but received no response from Lenovo, apart from asking me to get in touch with Customer Service Team.

                              Despite replacing the hard disk, the system is still crashing. And customer service team is asking me to share a video of the error.
                              What is Lenovo trying to hide? Why are they not sending a person to check the laptop physically?

                                This lenovo services is worst service because they all agent wasting my time till past 3 months, they make me fool for again and again reinstallation my window and reset my laptop, motherboard also changes 3 times and speaker also changed but problem not solved.
                                i owns lenovo laptop my issue is - (1)- when i open my laptop and then i play any song, movies & any thing else then sounds not come but when i plug any jack of headphone on the port of laptop and plug out then sounds starts come and also when i do some settings in window for sounds related then sound starts come but when i shutdown my laptop then after reopen my laptop then same problem sound not coming and again this problem come regularly.
                                (2)- this problem is again audio related when i play any thing and i mute my laptop for 5 to 7 min and then after 5 to 7 min i unmute my laptop then sounds not come in my laptop.
                                This is my laptop issue.
                                I complain this issue after 1 month of purchasing the laptop means i purchase my laptop at 30/07/2021 and i complained in september and they apply many process on laptop to solve my issue after 10 days finally they resolve my issu but after 2 month again problem come means in january problem comes and they again apply same method of september in applied means again reinstallation and reset of window and again motherboard changing but problem not solved this time and they take me 60 to 70 times take remote control of my laptop or 4 times also engineer visit in my home for solve my issue but problem not solved and they do this discursting things in the period of january to march and still i face this problem and after they wasting my 3 months i say for replacement because they not fix my problem and also wasting my 3 months, i ask him for replacment they denied for replacment and they say me i am not able replace your laptop i say him product that i got is a defect one so i want replacement but denied for replacement i give him 3 months to fix my issue but they not solved my problem they say me i will give best method solve your issue what best method you guys already take 3 month to solved my issue but problem not solved so why you wasting my time, you guys already wasting my lots of time so replace my laptop why you not understand i am not free you already do many things like many time reinstallation and reset PC window and 3 times you change motherboard and speaker also and many thing like drivers and lots of things during remote control and i also give you 60 to 70 times remote control as well.. its totally ridiculous. why you not understand costumer problem i face this problem after 1 month of purchased your laptop and still i facing this audio problem or 7 months gone.
                                So i want replacement.

                                  The numeric key no 2's hardware broked as it popped out from the keyboard.
                                  its been 2 months and i barely used this laptop but it's hardware got loosed.
                                  unable to press or perform any work with this numeric key. the inner surface of this key which is made up of rubber is visible and its not up for me to perform any task.
                                  Kindly fix this hardware issue as soon as possible.

                                    I had planned shifting from HP to Lenovo, as I was about to purchase my second laptop but now I believe that this decision was the worst decision of my life.

                                    Currently, my laptop is under warranty(Please note I fall into Premium Customer Category), and my laptop's charger is not working, so have ordered a replacement via Premium Care Support expecting that they will resolve on priority as they mentioned "Premium Care".

                                    It has been now around 12 days since I ordered a replacement and every time they just ask me to wait and they continuously give some or the other reason to escape.

                                    I won't recommend using Lenovo laptops and would suggest to go for HP always.

                                      I have purchased Lenovo Laptop Model : S/N : PF32HVBV from Vijay Sales Laxmi Nagar New Delhi on month of November 2021 DATA for my kid for online classes.after purchase we starting screen flickering issue but that issue was intermittent it was happening when we are closing and opening laptop screen on running laptop but few days back its half of screen completely gone during the class session
                                      I talked to customer care (Case No. [protected]) and they said we can't cover it in under warranty, It's a manufacturing defect and arise from few week but we never raise concern because we didn't wanted to hamper kid education but now its completely gone, I request you please do needful for us as soon as possible so that he can continue our classes because its a relate to my children education.
