Lenovo — charger not working and worst response | |||
I have visited lenovo service center at okhla phase ii last week (After visiting lenovo service center at noida which is closed). So there is no staff there to resolve issues on working day. They told me that there is some renovation going on but at the same time they are resolving the issues of customer who are paying, that means only under warranty customers they are not entertaining and for not warranty customers they are working. Even after this i asked them when will they resume their services they told next monday. So again i went to the same service center on the day they told me to come but again they are not doing anything. And this time i am able to visit their manager, manager told me to wait for 5 minutes. So from 10am in the morning i started to wait so that the 5 minutes given by the manager to me will over. But guess what that 5 minutes never ended, so i asked at 12noon i told one of their employ to call their manager again no reply. So the final outcomes of this whole story 1. They don't resolve my charger issue (My six month warranty is going to expire). 2. They don't respect the time of their customer, they simply waste their time by giving bogus replies (Even they don't complete their part of role) 3. One of the worst response get from the manager (Cost me my 2 days) Was this information helpful? | |||
