Hello..

I was visited lenovo service center (Bharuch) on date 06.01.2018 they said service man is not available come to monday, again i was visited on date 13.01.2018 they said we are unable to provide job sheet (Due to sytem are not working). You can put the phone in service center without job sheet.

Both time i was complain in lenovo care but they did not take action on it.

Please help in provide me my phone purchasing cost.

My mobile is change by another mobile
Charging problem . But they change my new mobile to a old mobile, battery and everything also IMEI
SO I request to you plzz help me

    Hi,

    I have placed an order for a laptop on 28th december 2017. (At "https://www.shoplenovo.co.in.")

    Today is 15th day, still shopping team is not sure on when the item going to dispatch.

    Issue with customer service:

    1) no communication regarding their delay.
    They are not sure when this item will be available.

    2) why their websites shows products if there are not in stock?
    Lenovo india is playing with indian consumers with their poor service.

    3) by time, i could have buy a better laptop from dell, hp... Etc within 2 day online.

    4) irresponsible customer service executives. They give wrong information saying that we are expecting the product by today and dispatch it immediately. After 3 days, same story.
    (Customer service executives are not trained and lack of knowledge and giving wrong information. Did not realize on what is the issue.)

    5) customer service toll free will not connect like other toll free numbrers. We must have to wait hours and hours on holding the phone.
    (Lenovo mumbai/india is very bad customer service on the planet as an example.)

    6) cancel order also same, they say, it will take 7 days. Who knows, it may take 10+ days.?
    (Does lenovo pay my valuable time and damage to my plan???)

      I handedover mobile set (A-7000a) on 28/12/2017 at robotel teleservices pvt. Ltd. (Lenovo authorised), n-24, pocket-k, near dr. Lal path lab, sector-18, noida (Up)-201301 as touch screen was not working. The contact no. Of this center is -[protected]. Accordingly, service job sheet sr. No.-479, dt.: 28/12/2017 issued. I followed on 04/01/2018 but it was informed that service part is in shortage & service center is expediting.
      Again on 06/01/2018 same response received.
      On 09/01/2018 i again enquired and same response received. I asked them to return my set as the same part is available in other service centres as i enquired and i no more interested to get it repaired through this center. But they refused to handover and on further persistent request they demanded to charge rs. 300/- as service charges without repairing the mobile set which i refused.
      Finally they have not handed over the set nor attempting to repair it.
      The services of this center is very doubtful, please take strict action against this center & blacklist them. Also inform me the exact cost of touch screen replacement parts as the estimated cost of rs. 3800/- given to me on 28/12/2017 by this center is also on higher side as i enquired.

      Phone restarting automatically when the incoming calls
      When i was travelling by train towards my workplace someone had pick pocketed my Lenovo mobile handset.Now i want to block that handset such that no one could misuse that mobile.Blocking of Lenovo mobile model no is Lenovo vibe K5 note IMEI 1 [protected], IMEI2 [protected].

          I bought a brand new lenovo laptop in july and it has never worked, it is as slow as the old dial up, it prevents all the other devices in the house from accessing the internet whenever i switch it on, the mouse pad doesn't work and the keys stick which makes writing letters a long winded operation. It it impossible to get hold of lenovo and argos wouldn't accept it as a return! I want my money back, i am stuck with a laptop that doesn't properly function as a bloody laptop! Dreadful.

            I am really frustrated my phone was working except the fast charging. Came to know that usb port was damaged. Service center informed port need to be changed after changing the port we need to test all the parts are working. Now they called and telling my display need to change its not working. How can it be our fault and need to give money extra. All i wanted to change the usb port. It never had damaged display. I used mobile for an month without fast charge.

            They are telling take the mobile without the display or pay for display. Why do i need to pay for their fault repair.

              My mobile lenovo k4 note was given today in service centre for software update as i was facing problem about crashing several applications, network connectivity and problem with fingerprint sensor. They assured me that all this problems will get sort out by software update and charged me 300 inr. I got my phone back within 2 hours and they provided me no receipts or any jobsheet for the work done and payment. As i started using phone again, i came to know that none of the problem was solved. Please provide the satisfactory solution for the same failing to which i have to take strong legal action against lenovo and lenovo service centre nagpur.

                Hi,
                Recently i purchased lenovo k8 plus smartphone just one month back (3dec2017) from flipkart.
                And from starting i am facing phone reboot problem. I thought this might be a software issue, formatting will resolve it, but now problem becomes so critical phone is not booting, it's only restarting again and again without moving to homescreen. I visited lenovo service centre they told me that they will format it again using their own techniques and this will resolve the problem. They tried to resolve it but unfortunately there is some other issue, they 'll replace part in the phone, which will take 5 days. They don't have that part currently in stock.
                I want to resolve this issue asap, just only after 30 days phone got dead. Is this the quality lenovo is selling their products?
                Is this amount of time is sufficient to resolve customer issues? 5 days they are telling me after 5 days i know they 'll again provide me some other reason.
                I want to replace my phone as it's under warranty and this was faluty product which they sold me. Since starting i was facing this restarting issue in my phone.
                Please help me to resolve my problem.

                  I bought lenovo k5 note just one year back. Now i am faced battery problem.. And
                  Heat also more when i using net. Battery drained very fast.. It takes more time for charging.. It worked properly one year exactly.. What is the use we choose lenovo.. My friend also gave same problem.. Pl resolve my problem.
                  And how can i recommend this phone to my friends..

                    I have purchased a lenovo laptop, and complained for screen change due to horizonal lining and screen changed but within a minute after change of screen again screen comes with vertical lining. ii have complained severly to lenovo through custome care / lencare and lenovo support but not yet my problem is solved please see in this matter
                    I accidentally choosed United States network band now i can't get 2g and 3g network in ma sim 1 port and there is no option for to restore the setting to default and i made hard reset and it doesn't make any changes so i want update to get the problem resolved make more options to select network bank of the mobile phone i am waiting for the update

                    I've tried with no help to get my warranty updated I have been trying since July and I still do not have my warranty on my PC, I have been getting driving around from dept to dept and know one seems as if they can help, and when I asked for the complaint dept. I was told they did not have one I am still here no help and no warranty.

                      I would like to bring your kind attention on this matter. I purchased a lenovo k8 note phone from amazon during deepawali festive season. 2 weeks before my phone slipped from hand while i was putting it into my jeans pocket. To my surprise, whole screen was shattered with cracks. When i contacted with one of the service centre, they told me that it would cost around 7500 which is more than half of the phone price. When i contacted with their customer care executives, unfortunately they too tried to divert me again to the service centre whom i already had a conversation regarding the same. Even i also tried to get in touch with them through social networking sites but no response received from their end.

                      Highly disappointed by this kind of service.

                      My concern:
                      1. Is it fair to charge that much amount for phone screen?
                      2. If your products are so much reliable (Gorilla glass) that you are charging 7500 rs for replacement, shouldn't they withstand a fall of 2.5 ft?

                        The mobile lost sound within 6 months of purchase. The nearest authorised service centre at mecheda reinstalled software & said that problem solved. But sound did not come back. One month later an authorised service centre at behala said as service has already been done in mecheda next service will be available in february 2018.
                        If problem is not solved what is the the value of servicing?
                        What is the value of warranty? Mobile is out of order. No solution done. Why to delay with defective mobile? Is it the reputation of the company? They should be banned. All should reject the company.
                        Being a doctor it is requested to imagine the loss related to patient's life due to non-functioning of mobile. Will the company compensate for the lives of patient.
                        The company should be sued against.
                        If no action taken all should go for consumers protection forum for immediate replacement of fund with taking back of such wonderful mobile or ban such bonafied service centre. They should stop sell. The company should be banned, for this cheating in large scale as found in complaint forum..

                        This is meenkashi maheshwari has visited to local service center as display of my Lenova phab plus 2 tablet not working properly. IMEI no is "[protected]" which is in warranty but local service center not accepting & says they don't accept Tablet.

                          My phone wasnt getting charged and it get turned off within few minutes the moment i switched it on and since it was within guarantee period, i took it to service center. This was my second visit.
                          There at first they said its software issue and asked me to wait so i waited for 1 hour. When i got my phone back they claimed that problem was resolved but the moment i switched it on, i found that the problem still persist. They said the problem is with my battery and gave me their battery to check, yet the problem couldnot be resolved because the problem was not with battery. They asked me to wait for another half and hour until they diagnose hardware.

                          I just went to them few times asking how long its going to take, to which they said "few more minutes, its under process"
                          Its just when i said i m getting late and switch to harsh tone, they handed my phone back saying the water has penetrated in the mobile, thereby making the warranty
                          Void and i have to pay price of rs 3800 to get my phone fixed.

                          I dont know how the mobile got moisture, they said it could be sweat but i wonder how someone would sweat in this chilly winter

                          Later i got it checked by another mobile mechanic who said there is nothing wrong with my mobile and also there isnt any moisture and he got my mobile fixed by just paying rs 300.

                          I want to be recompense the trouble that i have undergone and also for misrepresenting fact, and trying to attempt fraud and extort money from me.

                          I will take it to higher authority if my complaint isnt entertain

                          I recently called Lenovo about issues with my computer. They said I would have to send it in for repairs and the box would be mail to me within 3 business days. Its been over a week and still no box. I called today and told them of my issue. I was then placed on hold for over an hour and a half only to be given a number to call that didn't work

                            I am using a lenovo z580 laptop. Accidently my laptop screen started getting some issue. It use to be blank even if the system runs. So i decided to repair my laptop by giving it to lenovo service center at grant road. The service center was owned by regenersis india private limited (A ctdi company) on 2nd december 2017. Initially they charged me rs. 1000/- as diagnose charges. With lots of follow up i get a answer from the engineer saying my laptop have a motherboard issue and with may cost around rs. 8000/- for a new motherboard. I was ready to spend on it as my system contained all my examination data. Engg. Assured me that he won't be harming my data at all. On the day i was asked to collect my laptop, i asked for bill and warranty card for new replaced motherboard on which the engg was giving me just 1 month warranty. I was shocked to hear this. If i am ready to spend such a huge price on a laptop i deserve to get at least a year warranty from lenovo. I argued on this with engg on which the engg says that its a company warranty we are going. I feel like i was getting looted under the company terms as a normal hardware engg outside the priority care is giving me the same motherboard for rs. 4000/- along with a year warranty. I was very disappointed this and finally decide not to spend any more money or time over there. I asked engg to return my laptop unrepaired. The engg gave the laptop. After getting home, i started my laptop and found my wifi is not getting connected, while is was no issues in wifi prior when i have given it for repair.
                            I then tried to connect with the engg again with the issue which he was supposed to solve, he is demanding more rs. 1000/- for it. This is absolutely a fraud. And i don't expect this from lenovo atleast. I need my wifi problem to be fixed by regeneris.

                              I have submitted my phone for repairing on 26 october 2017 to lenovo service center as my phone was under warranty. From last two weeks they are saying that they will return it within a week but today (21 december 2017) i called them and they are again asking for one more week. It's almost 2 months. Initially they told to repair it in 15 to 20 days.
                              Kindly advise what actions can be taken now.

                                Dont buy lenovo products
                                I have a lenovo think pad e450 and it is almost one and a half year old. Me being a research scholar had actually opted for this laptop, as its light, sturdy and also as per my requirements being a student it was fulfilled. Now due to some issue, my laptop gets automatically shut down and had keyboard issues. I took my laptop to a service center in siliguri, west bengal, they detected that i have to replace its battery and keyboard but the parts were unavailable. It was there in the service center for 3 months. I took the laptop to mumbai, now battery is unavailable; lenovo india now tells me that battery is unavailable in the country as it is scarce. I am a scholar and my laptop is my life, all my research work is in my laptop and the need all my data which is in the laptop and the best part is even if i switch on the laptop it goes off again and the process is endless. The service centers shown in google map are not authorized, i had a tough time looking for it at bkc, i called them up, they said they are not authorized, and then some lady in a shady way calls me and enquires me about the battery. So much so for buying a lenovo laptop. This is the worst experience ever and i will not buy any lenovo products ever, neither will i recommend somebody to because it’s a laptop and some parts in the long run would be needed to be replaced but when there is a crisis situation, where i have my work in the laptop, battery is not working, computer is getting shut down automatically and then the customer service says that the battery is unavailable in the country as it is scarce, then its hell for me, its better to buy an hp/ dell but not lenovo

                                  I have given my phone to service center on 10th of december.
                                  My phone is out of warranty and they told it will charge near by 1500 bucks.
                                  That is fine but it's been more than 8 days and they said they don't have any idea that how longer it will take ; they are shortage of product so they are not able to deliver my phone. I need my phone asap. If you are paying and still you have to wait to get your things sorted. So there is no any benefit to go service center. And this is second time i am facing problem with lenevo service center. If it will go same then i prefer and recommend everyone not to use lenevo products.

                                  I have submitted my phone in ambe electronics in c-30 sector-2 noida.

                                    I bought a lenovo mobile vibe k5 plus in 2016 but it was showing problem in touch pad. I had submitted it to lenovo care in july and they fix the problem. But now my handset showing another problem i. E., it does not catch the network signal and always showing no service. I searched the available network but that not working and does not found any network. Please solve this issue.

                                      Lenevo company service is too much worst. I done biggest mistake to bought lenevo product.
                                      I bought lenevo ideapad 510 and its mother damage in 6 months only & when i complaint about it then engineers who came knows nothing about your product.
                                      After replaceing the mother board of my system lots of more problem came in my system.
                                      No battery is detected
                                      Ram is showing only 4 gb but it has 8 gb.
                                      And when i call your engineers to complaint about then he talks to me in rough language and cut my call.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        My self vivek anchal from raipur chhattisgarh, india. I bought a lenovo idea pad 510 laptop on date 1 march, 2017 with complete one year damage warranty offer from shop it mall raipur. My laptop got some damage issues and i referred my laptop to the lenovo care in the month of november.
                                        12 dec, 2017 i found my laptop fully repaired. Yesterday night i m working with my laptop then suddenly my laptop screen shows problem like colourful line comes on the screen and after some time it get black screen only. Now, it's screen is not working. Please check this problem seriously and provide me some repaire facilities.. Please
