charger not working and worst response

I have visited lenovo service center at okhla phase ii last week (After visiting lenovo service center at noida which is closed). So there is no staff there to resolve issues on working day. They told me that there is some renovation going on but at the same time they are resolving the issues of customer who are paying, that means only under warranty customers they are not entertaining and for not warranty customers they are working.

    I have purchased lenovo k8 note 64gb mobile for 13998/- in amazon flash sale on august 18, 2017 which was delivered on august 22, 2017. I haven't used the mobile much as i have lenovo vibe k4 note too. But now when i started using the mobile, it worked well till jan 06, 2018. Suddenly from jan 07, 2018 the mobile was getting restarted on its own and wont boot at all. When i took it to lenovo care center, they told it might be software update problem and when they opened the back panel of the mobile, we came to know that the motherboard was a damaged one and it was repaired before it was bought by me in the sale. Hence they told me it won't come under warranty and it would be charged for an estimate of 2750/- which is unfair as it's not my fault to get such a wrong product. I need the item to be replaced as amazon authorities were not responding properly and iam in the state of loosing my whole money.

    Don't buy any Lenovo mobile in your life ! I have visited Lenovo service center 4 times in 5 months after puchase which i baught @ 13, 999 rupees, but after 5 days it became dead after every few days continusly, the service center guys were very rude and not co-operative. Now they refused to repair due to short motherboard. What should i do, kindly help me.

      I have submitted the handset regarding its battery issue with your authorized service center neil communication, sector -10, noida. When the handset was submitted to the service center the handset was working and battery backup was poor. The service center take the handset and after checking informed me that the battery is to be changed. The service center informed me that the cost of new battery is rs.1600/-. The handset was submitted with service center. The service center returned the handset after replacing the battery and issued the receipt for charging rs.1600/- as the cost of new battery. The service center informed me that to charge the battery for 12 hours (Overnight) and then to switch on the handset. After charging the handset when i try to switch on the handset it could not open it.
      I took the handset to above service center at sector-10 noida (Neil communication, authorized service center) and informed them that the handset is not operating/working after changing the battery. They take the phone and issue me the job sheet dated 6.11.2017 and told me to contact them after one week. When i contact them after one week they informed me that the mother board is defective and the battery was not defective. I told them that when i submitted the handset to them the handset was working and there was no issue related to motherboard was pointed out to me by service center. The service center told me that i have to pay rs. 9, 000/- for the cost of repair of mother board and they will return the money they have charge for the new battery. I told them that the handset was working when submitted to them and any defect in the motherboard was due to their fault as they failed to take due care while changing the battery of the handset. I told them to made the handset in working condition and also to return the amount taken by them for new battery as the service center had admitted that the old battery was not defective. It has been more then two months and the service center had not repaired my phone. They are demanding money for repair of the handset. This is nothing but unfair trade practice being adopted by the service center i request your indulgence into the issue.
      Please do the needful at the earliest.

        On 28 nov. 2017 i purchased the premium support service for $199 confirmation #[protected]. My computer had a virus and you guaranteed to remove it. I spent two evenings of at least 2-3 hours working with your technicians to remove it. Cases 1712t098941, 1711s097279, 1712t100269, etc.. Every time the virus (Searching) was removed it would return. The decision was made to replace my operating system. I bought 120gb of external drive and the technicians took control of my computer and backed up everything on my computer which took several hours.
        I placed the new os which was sent to me by lenovo into the computerbut they could not load it from india. I told them to refund the money since they were a failure. A local computer store loaded the os and downloaded the information from the new external drive. We then found out that only a few pictures were on it and that i had lost all of my files, pictures, and 30 years of genealogy records. I tried explaining this on your website but the word limit made it impossible, and no refund was given.
        I am now having to start all over as if it were a new computer.in addition to the $199 i paid lenovo, i had to pay the local computer store $164.12.
        Please reimburse me for all of my troubles and for the failures of your technicians.

          Hello sir,
          I purchased lenovo legion y-720 from usa it comes under international warranty. It's graphic card is not working since i bought this machine so i visited your service center they told me few solution as it might be a driver problem but after trying every possible solution i finally submitted my laptop to your service center on 26th december 2017. They told me that its graphic card chip is dead due to which it's motherboard needed to be replaced and they will inform me whenever the part become available to them. After calling them again and again they told me that the part will come in india on 15th jan 2018. After calling them daily today they told me that this part is still not available and they will be inform me after sometime as soon as they get any update. Then i contact another service center today and they told me that according to them part is available in india. So they said i should directly contact you to please look into this matter as i am facing problem from last 2 and a half months still i didn't get any positive response from your side. As well as warranty of my laptop is also suffering. Please help me.

            Dear sir i purchased lenevo 6000plus smartphone online during 2014-15. It works smoothly till sep-oct 2017, but in the month it could not charged, so i forwarded with my cell to authorized service center (Just mobile) at amravati (Mh). The technical person advised for repairing/replacement of charging unit of smartphone and charged rs 850/-. I paid it but after the repairing problem not resolved, then the same person from just mobile adviced me to replace the battery, i immediately paid rs. 600/- and after two days (22 december-17) i received new battery, then also i found my phone is heating up while keep on charging, i conveyed to him but he adviced to to use for day or two, i rushed to out of maharashtra for ten days after coming i immediately approached to service center and told him that the phone discharged immediately after charged and heatup also then he adviced me to replace motherboard and tentative expenditure is of rsa. 3200/-,. Now question is for the same problem he already grabbed rs. 850+600= 1450/-, and problem not resolved, then again i forced to pay rs 3200/- for it, then what about my earlier expenditure of rs 1450/- the technical person grabbed from me on trail and erros. Till date my phone (Imei no [protected]) with just mobile and not responding/repairing my mobile, hence i appeal you to get resolve my mobile problem

              The new update(NMB26.54-94) was supposed to clear the DND popping up while placing a call etc, but Even after the update the same problem persists.
              The Lenovo firm is requested to kindly update the k8 note asap as it's the consumers right to enjoy a perfect product.
              Waiting eagerly for an immediate response.

                I gave my lenovo mobile for service due to s/w issue before a month but till now there is no reply from lenovo service center. They gave me the job sheet only after 5 days. I am visiting services center every day they telling me they will give next day. When i call them they telling me to wait till they check but they not replying me. I complain about this to lenovo customer care and they too didn't reply. Now i bought another mobile for use. Just for s/w issue they taking nearly a month. And they don't even telling me the current status of the mobile. I even asked them to give back the mobile so i can service it from some other service center but they told its in head office and it will come in 2 days. Then after a week yesterday i asked them to at least return the mobile but they telling me the same thing that the mobile is in head office and it will come in 2 days.

                  I had bought my lenovo vibe k5 plus smarthone approx a year before. But since last 3 months my phone battery is draining very rapidly.. It drains completely within 3 hours o[censored]sage. I am in trouble right now as i am fed up of charging it cotinuously.. I have reset my phone but i am facing the same problem. This is my humble request to please help me solve problem. As i am a student i cannot spend much. If possible please help me by replacing my battery.. Hope i get a positive reply.

                  I have facing mobile turbo charging issue last 3 months.
                  After consulting with Lenovo service centre in Hazaribagh they told me that cable issue so change it and upload new software, after one month problem was as it is.
                  Mobile was taking 8 hrs to full charge, also heating and battery draining fast.

                    I was visited lenovo service center (Bharuch) on date 06.01.2018 they said service man is not available come to monday, again i was visited on date 13.01.2018 they said we are unable to provide job sheet (Due to sytem are not working). You can put the phone in service center without job sheet.

                    Both time i was complain in lenovo care but they did not take action on it.

                    Please help in provide me my phone purchasing cost.

                      I have placed an order for a laptop on 28th december 2017. (At "https://www.shoplenovo.co.in.")

                      Today is 15th day, still shopping team is not sure on when the item going to dispatch.

                      Issue with customer service:

                      1) no communication regarding their delay.
                      They are not sure when this item will be available.

                      2) why their websites shows products if there are not in stock?
                      Lenovo india is playing with indian consumers with their poor service.

                      3) by time, i could have buy a better laptop from dell, hp... Etc within 2 day online.

                      4) irresponsible customer service executives. They give wrong information saying that we are expecting the product by today and dispatch it immediately. After 3 days, same story.
                      (Customer service executives are not trained and lack of knowledge and giving wrong information. Did not realize on what is the issue.)

                      5) customer service toll free will not connect like other toll free numbrers. We must have to wait hours and hours on holding the phone.
                      (Lenovo mumbai/india is very bad customer service on the planet as an example.)

                      6) cancel order also same, they say, it will take 7 days. Who knows, it may take 10+ days.?
                      (Does lenovo pay my valuable time and damage to my plan???)

                        I handedover mobile set (A-7000a) on 28/12/2017 at robotel teleservices pvt. Ltd. (Lenovo authorised), n-24, pocket-k, near dr. Lal path lab, sector-18, noida (Up)-201301 as touch screen was not working. The contact no. Of this center is -[protected]. Accordingly, service job sheet sr. No.-479, dt.: 28/12/2017 issued. I followed on 04/01/2018 but it was informed that service part is in shortage & service center is expediting.
                        Again on 06/01/2018 same response received.
                        On 09/01/2018 i again enquired and same response received. I asked them to return my set as the same part is available in other service centres as i enquired and i no more interested to get it repaired through this center. But they refused to handover and on further persistent request they demanded to charge rs. 300/- as service charges without repairing the mobile set which i refused.
                        Finally they have not handed over the set nor attempting to repair it.
                        The services of this center is very doubtful, please take strict action against this center & blacklist them. Also inform me the exact cost of touch screen replacement parts as the estimated cost of rs. 3800/- given to me on 28/12/2017 by this center is also on higher side as i enquired.

                            I bought a brand new lenovo laptop in july and it has never worked, it is as slow as the old dial up, it prevents all the other devices in the house from accessing the internet whenever i switch it on, the mouse pad doesn't work and the keys stick which makes writing letters a long winded operation. It it impossible to get hold of lenovo and argos wouldn't accept it as a return! I want my money back, i am stuck with a laptop that doesn't properly function as a bloody laptop! Dreadful.

                              I am really frustrated my phone was working except the fast charging. Came to know that usb port was damaged. Service center informed port need to be changed after changing the port we need to test all the parts are working. Now they called and telling my display need to change its not working. How can it be our fault and need to give money extra. All i wanted to change the usb port. It never had damaged display. I used mobile for an month without fast charge.

                              They are telling take the mobile without the display or pay for display. Why do i need to pay for their fault repair.

                                My mobile lenovo k4 note was given today in service centre for software update as i was facing problem about crashing several applications, network connectivity and problem with fingerprint sensor. They assured me that all this problems will get sort out by software update and charged me 300 inr. I got my phone back within 2 hours and they provided me no receipts or any jobsheet for the work done and payment. As i started using phone again, i came to know that none of the problem was solved. Please provide the satisfactory solution for the same failing to which i have to take strong legal action against lenovo and lenovo service centre nagpur.

                                  Hi,
                                  Recently i purchased lenovo k8 plus smartphone just one month back (3dec2017) from flipkart.
                                  And from starting i am facing phone reboot problem. I thought this might be a software issue, formatting will resolve it, but now problem becomes so critical phone is not booting, it's only restarting again and again without moving to homescreen. I visited lenovo service centre they told me that they will format it again using their own techniques and this will resolve the problem. They tried to resolve it but unfortunately there is some other issue, they 'll replace part in the phone, which will take 5 days. They don't have that part currently in stock.
                                  I want to resolve this issue asap, just only after 30 days phone got dead. Is this the quality lenovo is selling their products?
                                  Is this amount of time is sufficient to resolve customer issues? 5 days they are telling me after 5 days i know they 'll again provide me some other reason.
                                  I want to replace my phone as it's under warranty and this was faluty product which they sold me. Since starting i was facing this restarting issue in my phone.
                                  Please help me to resolve my problem.

                                    Heat also more when i using net. Battery drained very fast.. It takes more time for charging.. It worked properly one year exactly.. What is the use we choose lenovo.. My friend also gave same problem.. Pl resolve my problem.

                                      I have purchased a lenovo laptop, and complained for screen change due to horizonal lining and screen changed but within a minute after change of screen again screen comes with vertical lining. ii have complained severly to lenovo through custome care / lencare and lenovo support but not yet my problem is solved please see in this matter
                                      I accidentally choosed United States network band now i can't get 2g and 3g network in ma sim 1 port and there is no option for to restore the setting to default and i made hard reset and it doesn't make any changes so i want update to get the problem resolved make more options to select network bank of the mobile phone i am waiting for the update
                                      I've tried with no help to get my warranty updated I have been trying since July and I still do not have my warranty on my PC, I have been getting driving around from dept to dept and know one seems as if they can help, and when I asked for the complaint dept. I was told they did not have one I am still here no help and no warranty.
