[Resolved]  Lenovo — Damaged parts received as replacement & keyboard damaged by technician while replacement.

Dear Sudipto Ghosh, Persuant to my complaint regarding the speakers not working properly vide SO [protected] for my Lenovo laptop Y510p S/N YB00950257 Your company had sent me a pair of speakers which were loosely packed in a plastic ziplock packet by Wysetek Systems Technologists Pvt. Ltd. Challan number 385953 dated 27/09/2014. However, vide serial number SO [protected] undated, your authorised technician Karthikeyan (Engineers Lenovo ID - TE1303680) had come to replace the speakers but on replacement, the speakers were found to be defective. While replacing the speakers, Mr. Karthikeyan had damaged the keyboard which he promised to replace/repair the following day. But inspite of numerous calls to your service centre, no body has bothered to look into the matter. I had called on 15/10/2014 and spoke to Ms. Sunita and I was promised by her that a technician would resolve the issue the next day. I did not receive any calls from your end to resolve the issue on 16/10/2014. The above mentioned laptop is in warranty period. You are requested to immediately look into this matter and do the needful as it is causing great hardships in pursuing my architectural studies. I request you to resolve the issue amicable at the earliest and understand the urgency of repairs.
