Hello. I am preaches the Lenovo vibe x s960 at amazon.com I have under warranty at the mobile. My mobile problem is WiFi doesn't connected and speaker Volume is very low and vibration is not working.     I have a Lenovo Smartphone i.e Lenovo S660, I updated its firmware recently.But the latest firmware had some error in it, after the firmware package was installed, in the end it gave an error after which my phone's Wi-Fi is not getting connected to any wireless modem. I went to Lenovo Service Centre(S.G Infotech) located in Thakkar Shopping Mall, Borivali (W) and told them about my problem. The Service centre guys told me that I need to submit my phone for 15 days, they will diagnose my phone if the problem is not solved they will replace my motherboard. I asked them why do they need to replace the hardware for a software error, I asked them to downgrade my phone's firmware to which they said that is not possible. They also told me that if there is any kind of liquid damage on the Motheboard then it wont be covered under warranty. In case if there is any liquid damage on the phone I will have to pay the charges. I told them that the Software error is from Company's end due to which i am facing problems, so why should i pay for the motherboard. After the update my Wi-Fi is not working properly.           This is to inform you that I was purchase of Lenovo mobile S920 on date 18/01/2014 with your dealer J.KUMAR MARKETING LIMITED with bill no 12849 & IMEI NO [protected] Ahmedabad. After purchase of mobile I have lots of problem in the mobile instrument. Like that internet not working, audio jack, els not done & no data backup, etc. my all problem are include in complaint id no. SRIN[protected], SRIN[protected], SRIN[protected], SRIN[protected] & SRIN[protected] in between my mobile body change by your one touch service station and given damage body. I have submit my phone on date 02/09/2014 in the problem are mentioned in SRIN[protected] but still date problem are not solve .the customer executive given the instrument without repairing then I asked the customer care executive he said the part of are not available so use this instrument I will be inform to you will the short time when parts are coming but Nobody inform this regarding when I was called the your Service Station the Customer Care Office Mr. Sunil said the parts are coming .so you submit your mobile and then I was gone the service station the customer care executive said parts are not available and parts is not in good condition. I am very harassed by your service station. I have mention the service station address. And also they are fill up Lenovo service experience detail without inform to me they are not attend my call and not given proper reply regarding which time parts available.             I brought the lenovo k900 smartphone costing rs26400 and it got damaged under warranty. When i approached their service centre. They Provide me with DOA certificate and assured me that phone will be replaced. It is 5 months now, and nothing has been done since. I contacted many of their executives, but still nothing is done. They always say it is near to completion and i am still with the DOA certificate with me. Pls help me out

              Dear Sir, I bought a lenovo P780 phone in April 2014 from the mobile store worth Rs16500/- with one year warranty.The IME no. of the phone: [protected]just after 4 months of buying it suddenly stopped working in september and I submitted the phone to the authorised customer care centre of Lenovo at Delhi on 2nd September 2014. Immediately after 2 days they returned the phone that it has been repaired but the same evening it again stopped working, I again went and submitted the phone and they said its mother board needs to be changed it will take a week. I was fine with it. But its been a month now I have been following with the customer care centre, the lenovo customer care executive also with the complain dept. of lenovo but they are not responding.Its really disgusting and frustrating how these companies with big brand names behave like this with the customers. I have asked them for refund but still there is no reply from lenovo.They are just fooling around with their customers. I would urge people not to buy any lenovo product in life.Also waiting for refund from lenovo I would request you to please take appropriate action against the lenovo

                Contact No: [protected], [protected] Date of purchase: August 24, 2014 Lenovo Mobile-S850-White [protected] [protected] Cost: Rs. 15, 250 I purchased Le Nova S 850 on 24-Aug-14 from Park Network Pvt Ltd, Orange County, Indirapuram. After 3 days of purchase, a problem came that all outgoing and incoming got blocked with error – “access denied.” When contacted dealer he upgraded the software and problem got solved but only to come back after few days. Again when contacted dealer he said same thing that a new upgrade has come but I insisted to take it to Customer Care and investigate the problem. Now after 7 days I am told that motherboard needs to be changed. I insisted to replace the handset. Their reply was that is as per company policy it can be replaced within 7 days of purchase. First this is not written in bill or anywhere else. Secondly when I first contacted dealer he should have sent for replacement. Request to help me replace my faulty hand set with new one or wants the money back.

                  I have surrender my lenovo mobile S660 (LEMEI 1-[protected]) but steel refund is not yet received after 13 days completed. lenovo team every time reply with same massage of we will deposit the amount asps. Last five days I am continuous follow taking with lenovo but no change found. Still thay are saying take more 2days. Need prompt action on it to deposit my money. same thing was happen with my colleague, he received the refund after 25 days of struggle.

                    Hello, We buy 11 Laptops 2013 along with additional II & III year warranty pack .We checked warranty status and shows incorrectly on website, 6 machines shows one year warranty and some I have attached PO and invoice details here with this mail . last 252 Days i follow up with Lenovo but they failed take any action on my request i have attached my email trail with this .

                        I have purchased a new LENOVO Laptop Model no: Z[protected] on 20/08/2014 from Authorized Showroom V.S.L ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD located in KPHB colony Hyderabad, At the time of enquiry the sales man said that there is an offer of additional 2 years warranty + normal 1 year warranty If we purchase the Laptop in the Month of August, So I have purchased the laptop. He said to get that additional Warranty I need to register in lenovo site. He gave the site details as http://lenovopromo.net/regform.asp, So in this site he told to enter the Purchase details and Personal details and I did so by attaching the scanned copies of my Bill copy and the Serial No copy and I have submitted it. He said that I will get additional warranty with in 21 days from the date of registration. I have Registered the product on 22/08/2014, To my disappointment I did not get additional warranty. So I called Lenovo Customer care, and that guy told to send the scanned copies of the bill and S/N to [protected]@lenovo.com and write a mail regarding this issue. Even after repeated mails to the lenovo these guys are saying that the offer is till August 15th and the company is not responsible for that and they are suggesting the customer to go to the dealer and sort out the issue with. so friends think before purchasing the lenovo products.

Dealer managed me again saying that he posted complaint and got original key . Again after one now my windows is reporting "this is not genuine" plz help me.

                              I had purchased lenovo laptop on 24May2014 model is G[protected]. But warranty is showing old from the date of manufactured when I checked online.
                              Even I had submitted all the copy (ie: invoice, Bill, sticker) in the month of August. But when I tried to contact to customer care they ignoring me and disconnect the call every time. I had recived mail from the address "[protected]@lenovoservices.net" to submit the pic of the sticker on the laptop have model details I submitted the same but they are now not extending the warranty. Please check the attachments. Please find the below details:

                                I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad E530C Laptop and since then I have been facing vague problems with the laptop. The laptop hangs when put from one table to another. I was told that the motherboard needs replacement so I demanded a new motherboard for the same but persistently I am being pressed upon to get a refurbished/repaired motherboard installed in my laptop. Their Manager Mr. Akash Jaggi and his colleague Mr. Alok have called me several times and have clearly refused to send me a new motherboard and have been pressurising me to get the repaired one installed in my Thinkpad laptop. This is highly unethical specially for the commercial Lenovo Thinkpad Edge series laptops under ADP warranty. I demanded a new machine as a replacement and was denied that too, Lenovo is making fool of consumers by selling Thinkpad machines with 'Accident damage protection' warranty. I feel if they cannot even get me a new motherboard then how will they replace my machine in case I ever get to claim the 'Accident Damage Protection' Warranty. Big cheaters.                                   Hi, You guys are providing wrong information about my submission of documents. on immediate submission of my documents I received a call from you guys and they accepted my produced docs..Again you guys are stating that Documents are invisible. My first suggestion is respond in a proper way, I got two calls from two people about confirming of my submission of documents. My question is that how I got a call from second person when the first person confirmed and accepted my documents are correct and again lastly how can a third guy reject my documents are invisible..Are you guys giving support to customers or you don't have proper communication among yourself and making the customers sufferers??

                                    I had purchased lenovo laptop flex 14 in december 2013. Since march 2014, it started having a problem in hard disk and it always used to get restarted stating "driver_power_state_failure". I lodged a complain in lenovo service and till date i.E. Septeber 2014 there is no resolution to it. Everytime i call, they just advise me to do recovery of the system and then use. I have done the same thing 7-8 times and till problem is persistent. There is no other solution which can be given by them. I asked them to replace it as it was under warranty, which they refused.

                                      Dear Sir, I bought a lenovo laptop in June 2014 (Invoice copy: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8zy4atdet0b5jlq/Invoice%20OD[protected]%20%281%29.pdf?... The laptop keyboard is coming out from the laptop. I raised this issue with the team as follows: 1) Through Email - (Reference number for this interaction is :[protected] When they reverted asking for images. On providing images they classified it is under Accidental Damage without getting into details and closed the request asking me to pay for the manufacturing defect. 2) Through Social Media: https://www.facebook.com/LenovoIndia/posts/[protected] I reported the email response Lenovo India Social media wherein they asked me to message the details again and asked me to file the complaint for engineer visit again on phone saying they will resolve the issue. 3) On Phone - http://yourlisten.com/ankitgoel8/call-recording-[protected]-001 I called up the lenovo technical support wherein a support guy who refused to disclose his identity told that it is under Accidental Damage and I will have to visit and pay. He made me hold 15 mins and transfered the phone to a floor manager, a Mr. Jatin S ([protected]@lenovo.com) who again refused to look into the case and blanketly put it under accidental damage. Finally, I have come here with the hope that the legal system can help uphold the rights of a consumer against these global behemoths who are advertising something and offering nothing thereby cheating and harasing us.
