Hello Sir I had raised the complaint in warranty period on 24 Oct 14 about over heating of my laptop then they changed the part but the problem is still existing and we talked to Lenovo customer care now they are saying that your laptop is out warranty and we cant help you with that.

    I HAVE GIVEN MY LENOVO P780 SMART PHONE FOR REPAIR UNDER WARRENTY ON THE DATE 22-11-14. THEY HAVE TOLD THAT PHONE WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN 15 DAYS. AFTER 15 DAYS THE STATUS IS PENDING. THEY HAVE GIVE ONOTHER DATE SO JUST COLLECT BACK MY PHONE. THEY DONT ASSURE PHORE THE SECURITY OF DATA WITHIN PHONE. IMEI NO [protected] I HAVE CALLED ON MOBILE NUMBER THEY HAVE GIVEN WITH JOB CARD BUT THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED. JOB NO SRIN[protected] HONEST COSTEMER CARE CENTRE. DURGABAZAR, HIMATNAGAR, PIN 383001. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SECURE WAY BY WICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HAND OVER MY PERSONAL PHONE LOADED WITH PERSONAL DATA TO ANY ONE WITHOUT MY PRESENCE. Purchase Dated : 23.9.2014 Laptop Serial Number : 59428433YB04180416YB04180416YB 04071250SYB04180416 Adapter No. : 11S45N02532ZSH846S2E2 Immediately after purchase, I have sent the camera copies of the desires documents to avail the THREE YEARS GUARANTEE. However, vide your E.Mail dated 26.9.2014, you have further required the visible documents. I again sent the scanned copies of the desired documents vide my E. Mail dated 28.9.2014 and finally, vide your E.Mail dated 29.9.2014, you have verified that you have validated my documents successfully and are in process to send the invoice copy to lenovo document verification team for the final approval within 21 days. However, more than 02 months (60) days have passed nothing has been done so far. At the time of registration for availing the Guarantee, a TICKET NO. 24295 was also generated. I have contacted your Call Centre on No.[protected], so many time. Lastly, I contacted on 03.11.2014 at about 4.30 P.M., and the person attended the phone, has assured me that the decision will be taken within 03-04 days as my Ticket No. 24295 is showing to some other customer. I am to request you kindly to look into the matter and take action in the matter and I may be allowed guarantee for THREE YEARS as promised at the time of purchase.         I purchased a Lenovo Tab A 2107 and in thirteen months the piece became non functional. The Tab was switched off on a day and put for charging. The next day Tab couldn't be switched on. I took it to the authorised service center and those guys told me that the board needs to be replaced and it would cost over Rs 7000/-. The cost was 10K and they were quite cool about it. I complained it to the company and escalated it to the service head. Those guys gave me cool, one liners that it would cost that much. The want us to follow repair by replacement as is the case in countries like Japan etc. I met three customers in the service center with the same complaint. The guys at service center just don't like to proceed further. Go for Lenovo Tab if you are ready for such surprised and you can afford it.This is applicable for all Tabs..

          My issue in my tablet - It doesn't Detect The Sim Card. Where ever you go with a problem in Lenovo Authorized service centers, You can't find a solution! You will get a another Problem! And This is my second Experience in a different service center! Such a great experience happened to me in the service named "Active Comnet" in Alwarpet. I had a problem in my Lenovo S-6000 tablet. I went to the service center at "Active Comnet" in Alwarpet Chennai.They told that they need time to find out the issue in my tablet and they also said me to wait for at least 3hours.I have been roaming around the area for 3hrs. After Icalled them, they said "how can we find out the issue with in 3hr" . I asked them how long this will take.the person told that he require more than 2 days. I said okay. After 2 days, I called them, they repeat the same, They can't find out the problem with in this short period. I asked when it will happen.They told me next day.In the next day. I called them again.On this time they expressed in a different way. They said like this "If you want your tablet you can take from us, But still we aren't find out the problem"Even I didn't argue with them.they expressed in a bad manner. Again, I told it is not urgent for me.I request them to come up with a solution. At last, again they asked 2 days time again, I said okay After 2 days, I called them, they asked me to come and collect the tablet becoz they could not find out the problems.I collected my tablet from the store, Once I reached my home, I noticed that, they inserted a sim card in a wrong direction, So it was jammed into the slot., could able to remove. I called them for the solution, how can I remove the sim card, they simply told "use small pin or hook to remove!"(I know it can't remove by the help of small pin or hook) Points I need to mention: 1. They didn't update any status of tablet when its in their service center - I need to call them always for the updates.(even they told they will get back to me) 2.The wrongly inserted sim card is not belongs to me, I don't know to whom its belongs. 3. They way of approach is so bad.(The word service? is not belongs to them.) 4.Final, I hate Lenovo, Becoz they can't say that they are an International Company.

              I have been going through huge network problem with my Lenevo S850, that I purchased few days back, most of the time I don't receive or able to make calls or SMS, even the signals are up. I have been to service centre thrice but the problem is the same. Earlier they said it is network issue from inside of device, and did something but it occurred again and again then they changed the motherboard too but then also same issue. It's really frustrating and tiring because I have to travel very long to reach service centre and for the same issue again & again. It takes more than an hour to reach. Please help

              it's not resolved yet...
              I am also facing same problem with my s850.I got replacement once but same issue persist again then they repaired motherboard but issue not resolved i have to either restart phone or deactivate & then activate from sim management option.This is really frustrating.
              Can anyone has solution for this.

                i bought a lenovo A390 last year..October 2013...& for the last few months am getting a flash message indicating that "lenovo launcher upgrade failed"...i tried so many things but still its the same...my handset hangs a lot...even my handsets software is upto date...i cant fix this manually...have tried everything possible...it'l of great help if anybody solves this problem for me..                     I have purchased a lenovo laptop on[protected] I was been told at the outlet that I will receive an extended warranty of 2 years If I will pay Rs 1000 I was ready too pay 1000 Rs but the site that was given by Lenovo i.e. lenovopromo.net is not working this is fake lenovo has cheated me i urge all of you o not to beleive in such offers that is given by lenovo they are just fake

                        I have a Lenovo Smartphone i.e Lenovo S660, I updated its firmware recently.But the latest firmware had some error in it, after the firmware package was installed, in the end it gave an error after which my phone's Wi-Fi is not getting connected to any wireless modem. I went to Lenovo Service Centre(S.G Infotech) located in Thakkar Shopping Mall, Borivali (W) and told them about my problem. The Service centre guys told me that I need to submit my phone for 15 days, they will diagnose my phone if the problem is not solved they will replace my motherboard. I asked them why do they need to replace the hardware for a software error, I asked them to downgrade my phone's firmware to which they said that is not possible. They also told me that if there is any kind of liquid damage on the Motheboard then it wont be covered under warranty. In case if there is any liquid damage on the phone I will have to pay the charges. I told them that the Software error is from Company's end due to which i am facing problems, so why should i pay for the motherboard. After the update my Wi-Fi is not working properly. I am very harassed by your service station. I have mention the service station address. And also they are fill up Lenovo service experience detail without inform to me they are not attend my call and not given proper reply regarding which time parts available.                                 I brought the lenovo k900 smartphone costing rs26400 and it got damaged under warranty. When i approached their service centre. They Provide me with DOA certificate and assured me that phone will be replaced. It is 5 months now, and nothing has been done since. I contacted many of their executives, but still nothing is done. They always say it is near to completion and i am still with the DOA certificate with me. Pls help me out

                                  Dear Sir, I bought a lenovo P780 phone in April 2014 from the mobile store worth Rs16500/- with one year warranty.The IME no. of the phone: [protected]just after 4 months of buying it suddenly stopped working in september and I submitted the phone to the authorised customer care centre of Lenovo at Delhi on 2nd September 2014. Immediately after 2 days they returned the phone that it has been repaired but the same evening it again stopped working, I again went and submitted the phone and they said its mother board needs to be changed it will take a week. I was fine with it. But its been a month now I have been following with the customer care centre, the lenovo customer care executive also with the complain dept. of lenovo but they are not responding.Its really disgusting and frustrating how these companies with big brand names behave like this with the customers. I have asked them for refund but still there is no reply from lenovo.They are just fooling around with their customers. I would urge people not to buy any lenovo product in life.Also waiting for refund from lenovo I would request you to please take appropriate action against the lenovo

After 3 days of purchase, a problem came that all outgoing and incoming got blocked with error – “access denied.” When contacted dealer he upgraded the software and problem got solved but only to come back after few days. Again when contacted dealer he said same thing that a new upgrade has come but I insisted to take it to Customer Care and investigate the problem. Now after 7 days I am told that motherboard needs to be changed. I insisted to replace the handset. Their reply was that is as per company policy it can be replaced within 7 days of purchase. First this is not written in bill or anywhere else. Secondly when I first contacted dealer he should have sent for replacement. Request to help me replace my faulty hand set with new one or wants the money back.

                                      I have surrender my lenovo mobile S660 (LEMEI 1-[protected]) but steel refund is not yet received after 13 days completed. lenovo team every time reply with same massage of we will deposit the amount asps. Last five days I am continuous follow taking with lenovo but no change found. Still thay are saying take more 2days. Need prompt action on it to deposit my money. same thing was happen with my colleague, he received the refund after 25 days of struggle.
