Lenovo — Defective computer sealed but doa letter not obtained even after 16 days

I bought IdeaCentre AIO 3-24ALC6 (all in one computer) from nehru place in Rs. 56000/- and found that audio jack is not working plus audio was not ok. I complained on support, they said mother board is to be changed. I said no change my system. Their engineer came and sealed on 4th may 2022, today is 16th day I have not received any DOA letter neither anybody reply to my call. support system says it is now our job, it is customer care job. And I believe it is easy to contact GOD but their is no way I can contact customer care people and ask, what was my sin of buying a LENOVO COMPUTER. Please see invoice and copy of 3-4 letters I have sent but no reply till now. GOD KNOWS HOW THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE ME GAURANTY IF THEY ARE NOT GIVING MY COMPUTER FOR WHICH I PAID HUGE MONEY. +2 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

I have purchased ideapad 3-15ITL6 Laptop - Type 82H8 before last 6 month. After just 2 month, a blue screen appear and system auto restarted. I have call to customer support but there is no response and no solution since then. I have call to[protected] and [protected] but they drop the call. Lenovo customer care service is not resolving my problem.
