Lenovo — Defective laptop replacement of product

Lenovo is the world's most pathetic and unprofessional company because after buying a high and gaming laptop and spending big amount for that what I got from Lenovo, a faulty laptop and since last 15 days after buying this too costly machine I'm having the same issue again and again that suddenly all my laptop graphics and webcam and Bluetooth and all other important drivers are automatically stopped working and not able to update that not even manually, so this is a big issue with this pathetic useless machine and all the time as a so called premium customer care support of Lenovo INDIA, the technician team always doing some basic and all other required troubleshoot and finally coming on the final step again and again for reinstall the complete OS and then work fine but after some time it's again having the same issue with all the drivers start not working 7 to 8 times you guys reinstall the OS completely

The Lenovo care department checking my hardware logs and dump file told me that you have issues with your motherboard and RAM so we can replace this. However I would rather have a new product and not a refurbished ones since I am paying for brand new product, not a Refurbished one.

so this is my request to the top management of the Lenovo team that please replace this faulty and law grade useless product as soon as possible...
