I had bought a Lenovo Legion laptop. I bought a gaming laptop specifically for its performance and battery life but the laptop is draining very quickly even while doing simple browsing.

      My system screen is flickering. Your engineer has visited two times. He couldn't resolve the problem then he had mentioned for the liquor case. He said the system is open and fills liquor at that place and close to the system. You people fool the customer only.

        I have bought lenovo IdeaPad 5i on the year 2020 but I wasn't using it frequently. But when I started using it frequently the hinges got broken within 6 months.It's not the only case with me, I have done some research and found that many other users faced the same issue. We are paying a lot for these gadgets and what we are getting this cheap build quality. I'm very much dissatisfied with lenovo. I will never buy any lenovo product again nor do will recommend anybody for it. Very shameful. These companies are cheating customer by selling cheap product at high price.

          Dear Team,

          This is with reference to the complaint made online on 10/05/2022 and the allotment of CCI M/s CTDI Shree Krishna Computers, Jaipur vides Lenovo case: [protected] for the Product Laptop with unit serial no. PG01Q3B6 purchased in the name of Ananad Maternity Hospital in November 2019.

          The same was taken to Shree Krishna CComputers, Shop No. 308, 309, 3rd Floor, Silver Square Mall, Bhagwant das Road, C-Scheme, Jaipur 302001 With Contact Name Mr. Ravinder Saini and Mobile no. [protected].

          After seeing the Laptop the person of the service center has taken Rs. 885.00 as diagnosis charges and said the charging port has got damaged and they have to replace it .He also communicated that he will handover the laptop back next day i.e. on 11/05/2022 after repair. He has also communicated that the charges for changing the charging slot will be around Rs. 3000/- However when we went to collect the laptop the system did not booted and he said that they have to check it again as what they repaired does not work.

          Then on that day onward we were continuously following them but they were postponing the delivery of the Laptop. In between they also communicated that the data can not be restored from the SSD card. When I argued with him he agreed to do the saving of my data and also informed me that it can be collected on 29th June. When I called him back on 30th morning to collect the laptop he conveyed that the laptop was not ready and would take another 5-6 hours. When I asked that you had confirmed the delivery on 29th June only then why you did not get it done. I also said that this laptop has been lying with you for the last 45 days and you are not able to repair it. Then he misbehaved with me and said that he will clear all the data in the laptop and whomever you want to complain you complain. So then I took a cool and asked him when he should be able to give the laptop. After that he said that in the evening it can be collected after their confirmation. When they confirmed I went to collect the laptop, it was my surprise that laptop was not repaired properly and he said that its charging IC is not working so they have disconnected the battery portion and the laptop can work only with direct charging and told me that you need to replace the complete motherboard as chip is embedded on it. Moreover my issue was different and I feel that the Motherboard has got damaged while repairing as the repairing person told me that he had tried so many options by changing multiple IC’s and delayed in delivering my laptop.

          As Lenovo is a renowned brand and one of the leading manufacturers of laptops so I didn’t expect this kind of pathetic behavior from them and rather than solving my issue they have created a new motherboard related issue which did not occur earlier and which occurred due to your service centre experiments of replacing different ICs.

          As I had got fed-up I asked him to give me back the laptop and told to escalate it to Lenovo. This was also to my surprise that the laptop was also not working with a direct charger and getting off again and again.

          Pl. note that the laptop is under warranty (with extended warranty) till November 2022 and still I am not able to get this repaired.

          So I request you to resolve my issue and if it's a manufacturing defect then replace my laptop completely with the new one or if it's damaged by your service centre technician then immediately resolve it at your end.

              Hello Lenovo,
              This side Ashutosh Kumar your customer, i am very unhappy to say that i did not except from your side this kind of delay,

              i buyed a gaming 3 laptop serial no : MP237TGT from offline store MSM durgakund on 1 st of August 2022 after using it for a while
              next day i came to know the laptop i got is defected so on 3rd of August 2022 i gave it to store they said it will be replaced within 10 days, after these days the store employee didn't entertain me they keeps on saying its not in their hand they said come after 2 days it will be given to you
              But it's been more than 31 days since I did not receive the DAO Letter.

              i was a regular customer of yours but this delay makes me in mental harassment my money and time both are invested in it,

              Please Sir/Mam

                I had purchased a Legion 5i 39.62cms - Phantom Black laptop Lenovo CEPP store on June 23rd 2022 at 3:00 P.M.                 Hello There,

                I received Laptop IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IAH7 Laptop - Type 82S9 on 27th August 2022. Since then i have registered complaint against this product, but there is no solution.

                I have spoken to more than 4 Premium care technical specialist, but none of them are able to resolve the issues which i have raised.

                The issues are as follows;

                1. My processor is supposed to be Intel core i7 (E core upto 3.5Ghz and P core upto 4.7 Ghz) However, when I check in the system information, it doesnt show me this. It shows me "Intel core i7 Processor (2.3Ghz) ..Please explain this why?

                2. Since i have started using this laptop (Last week Saturday), the Nvidia GEForce RTX graphic card is not detectable. I took help from your customer service more than four times but no one was able to help and provide me with the solution.

                3. While purchasing it I was assured that the battery life will be good as it is mentioned up to 7 hours. However, the fully charged battery doesn't last more than 2.30 hours while taking online live classes. I feel cheated by your sales representative (Name : Saranya), as i asked her when i read a bad review about the battery life of this laptop. She told me " Ignore the review, it will have good battery life" these were the exact words.

                Today I called twice to the premium care specialist and both the time, they were silent while i am on call and then disconnected. i have no choice but to write here.

                    Within a month of purchase Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i Laptop started to have technical issues

                    I ordered Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i laptop from Lenovo official website on 30th April 2021 and received it on 6th May 2021. Within a month it started to show problems like taskbar got stuck, keys like 'H', ', ", etc are not working. It screen get stuck in between the meetings, too lag, now wifi option is not showing. Too much of problems for a new laptop. Seems like given junk product and fraudulent....

                      Its been a month I have bought Lenovo ideapad Slaim 3 and now I can notice that there's a white dot on the display which is visible and within a week that dot went up from one to two, now two dots are visible on the screen, being a customer I'm worried that this dots can get multiplied on the screen and I m realy tensed and worried about it, I request Lenovo to get this issue resolve ASAP.

                        Date of Incident July 27, 2022.
                        Called to have overheating fan resolved. Agent ordered new fan, heat zinc and mother board to be replaced
                        Aug 2, Technician called to replace, Appt. Date Scheduled for Aug 11
                        Aug 11, Jaspreet, technician arrived to replace parts. Had difficulty taking apart computer and informed me that a major piece for computer motherboard was missing. Needed to order new parts. Computer now not functional. Told by technician I needed to call Lenovo to order new part.
                        Aug 11, Called world wide tech services and was informed that Technician was supposed to call Lenovo directly. I requested a Manager call me to discuss next steps. No one called me back.
                        Aug 15, 2022, Parts still not arrived. I had to call lenovo to make sure parts were ordered and mailed out.
                        Aug 16th Called lenovo to escalate to manager, Raj informed me he had done so.
                        Aug 17,
                        Parts arrived but no technician called. I called world wide tech services to arrange for technician to come to home and replace parts.
                        Aug 17th Technician Furgan Mohammed came to repair but could not proceed as the mother board was missing a processor.
                        Aug 17th. I had to call Lenovo to inform them of the missing processor. I also asked to speak to supervisor to replace this computer and give me one that works. I was informed that the customer relations team would call me.
                        Aug 22 parts arrived.
                        Aug 23, Emailed Kate at premium care and send pictures of my computer taken apart on my desk and left there. I requested a new computer to replace this one that is no longer functioning.
                        Aug 23, Spoke to Swapril who indicated that another repair attempt needed to be made before I could even consider a replacement if this computer was a lemon. I requested someone call me back to discuss what I should do at this point. No answer other than it would be escalated
                        Aug 25th, No contact from lenovo. Called technical support again, said a manager would call me back in 1.5 hours. No phone call.
                        Aug 26th, Phoned tech services again. No manager available. Escalated the issue to Brian Vandeventer. He is suppose to call me back in 1.5 hrs. Called at 8:30 am EST. Two hours later no call.
                        Aug 26th Called premium care agent at 10:30 am EST. Escalated to support team to see if a supervisor could address my concerns. Agent reports that a supervisor tried to call my number but was disconnected. I have no record on my call log or VM that I was called. Eric, your agent informed me that Mark, a supervisor might call me in 1 to 2 hours. If i don't hear from him I will receive a call from his assistant Julie...
                        I have spent 10 hrs on phone calls. 8 hrs of 1-1 technician time to repair.. This is not quality customer service for a product that costs 4000.00 and it literally a year old.

                            Touch screen has not been working. First they take 20 days to update warranty support and after registering premier care support complaint it is now 5 days and of the same 4 days not reachable. They just do pass the parcel without opening the parcel and resolving. Live agent, call or agent saying will call back all the same. Seems to be a gimmick to avoid replacing the product. They ae sitting on one basic problem. TAB is supposed to have touch screen working and they are not even bothering to attend to this complaint.

                              I'm facing constant heating, lagging, stuttering and sudden restart issues with the legion 5 pro laptop from last 20 days and I'm completely helpless even though I have legion ultimate support and premium support the customer representatives just ask me to send videos and screenshots everyday and after that no resolution is provided, I have already sent them more than 6-7 videos and many screenshots showing the issues which I'm facing. the support representatives have already formatted my system twice and tried many times reinstalling drivers and bios, the technician has already tried replacing the motherboard 3 times before 5-6 days still the issues were not resolved . I have already wasted a lot of my time contacting the customer representatives everyday and visiting the service center, I am not able to complete my any work and the technicians are unable to fix the laptop. from last 20 days I am regularly calling support representatives and the technician is unable to repair my laptop, I request you to please just provide me a refund so that at least I can buy another device and continue my work peacefully 😞🙏.
