Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have given my new handset, Lenovo K4 Note for cervicing the set to R.K Service Centre, Salkia, Howrah. West Bengal. (Mob-[protected]) on 20.04.16. They assured me that they would get back me on or before 02.05.16. But today it is 17.05.16, I am sorry to say I have not got back my phone yet. Kindly look into the matters seriously.
